All of the staff that we dealt with were excellent in their responses to our queries and from start to finish we were kept informed of any progress or problems with potential purchasers culminating in numerous offers in the first week, one of which we accepted allowing us to put all of our energies into finding a new home to move to in Wiltshire which took some weeks to do so.

Where do i begin! From start finish weve had fantastic and very profesional sevice from pamela and all the team at Fenicks.

Few days ago, I made an offer for a property advertised at Paxton road which I was buying for my Investment portfolio . My initial offer was 8% lower than asking price but estate agent was very rude to my offer and gave me a lecture about “good will” if I don’t match the asking price which i feel is very poor customer service .I was willing to increase my offer at some point but after such behavior NO way! So I cancelled further viewing with this Estate agent when she advised if you don’t put the right offer on your next viewing, you wasting yours and vendors time.
So I would recommend others buyers or sellers to be prepared for “good will” lecture when using there services and specially when you don’t match or agree to their asking price .

Having had our house for sale with several agents over an 18 month period we finally changed to Fenwicks in Portchester. We had more viewings in the next month than we had had in the previous 18 months. We finally sold in January 2020 but due to lockdown have only just moved.
Throughout the process Tony and his team could not of been more helpful.
At all times they were polite and friendly and kept us informed with updates. They always seemed to go the extra mile to provide a first rate service.
We would highly recommend them.

NEVER EVER use this company. The staff arrange crooked structural surveys and once you have exchanged tell you "it's your problem now". We were told our house was sound only to discover its has damp, dangerous electrics, dangerous windows, Fenwick's arranged the structural survey but instructed surveyor to only look for outside cracks. Am now having to litigate in order to put things right. DO NOT USE THEM. we were also put under intense pressure by the sales team to move or sale would fall through, which was a lie. Dishonest company from start to finish.

They came in to value our home. the guy that did was AMAZING ! Unlike Mann & co (who have phoned us EVERY day ) Fenwicks have left the desicion to us wether we will sell or not. it will happen soon. when my hubby on the mend & will definitely be using Fenwicks.. WOW! worst company i have ever spoke to... i wanted to rearrange a viewing as my little boy fell asleep as i was meant to leave and has not slept yet today!i thought best to rearrenge rather than waste both our times as i wouldnt be able to look properly whilst trying to hold a screaming/unhappy baby. she then rang who she thought was the vendor and totally slated about me down the phone and said how bad a parent i was and that i should wake him ive said his once before how absurd it was that i wouldnt wake him to come! id like to add yes last time i rearrange but i did go see the property i did not cancel! and this time i have not cancelled! im totally appalled at the response i got from her when she realised it was me on the phone! ..... THIS WAS THE MANAGING DIRECTER/OWNER! shocked and so angry how dare you tell me how to parent and try to make me feel small about rearranging! totally unprofessional just wanted to hang up on me NO APOLOGY! i will be seeing the house monday but i will not be speaking to you! AN APOLOGY WOULD GO A LONG WAY!

After a lot of hassle with other agents in the area, not being able to provide me with properties that suited my needs I was recommended Fenwicks Estate Agent by a close friend who will use no one else. They instantly made me feel less stressed and could offer quality properties that’s suited my needs. Their service throughout the process was second to none and even after my purchase I got great after care to ensure that I was happy.
