I used this firm via a mortgage application, which i did not have to go with but chose them as they seemed reputable from the panel. Survey conducted by their team which the report had so many errors its a joke, as an example the surveyor put the next door as a restaurant when its a hairdressers, the year build, the rateable value, the market research data, comparable data, everything wrong, second report commissioned by myself with higher value being over 150k more and a large difference in opinion. This company seems to think errors on a report which cost £1800.00 is normal. RICS Regulated Firms must have a published complaints handling procedure (CHP) that meets the requirements of Rule 7 which this firm does NOT. only a telephone no. they do not provide their CHP before or after survey. This firm does not adhere to Beyond COVID-19 guide by the RICS, their comparable data used has serious errors confirmed by a second commission surveyor. terrible company. The firms comments are refuted CHECK YOUR SURVEY REPORT, i will be seeking my rights through all legal channels available.... Read more

He goes above and beyond with his role at Lamberts even when I am having a breakdown at the end of the phone or on an email for one reason or another! ha! I have regular dealings with chad Bryant and Delena Minott both are very experienced in their field , both proactive and reactive to any problems. Awful company who act illegally and don't even check the leases of their clients! Imagine having your property manager trespass in your garden with other people who aren't meant to be there! On top of that, instructing works on other peoples property! This is criminal damage instructed by William Henneker, the corrupt property manager of Lamberts who treats tenants unequally ! Amazingly rude people. Criminally incompetent. No heating in flat for now almost 3 months. They keep making up excuses as they can't deal with issues. Probably understaffed and lack the right contracts and sub contractors to support their asset portofolio. Called them and they said I shouldn't complain as I have a replacement tiny oil heater that should be enough for a 2 bed apartment (I'm looking at you Chad). Call was terminated as I shouldn't be contacting them. I was asked to stay home a number of times to give them access. Never show up. I'm surprised they are allowed to manage buildings. They clearly lack the skills to support this and evidently there seems to be no process in place to deal with an emergency. A council or authorities should look into these people. Sounds like they made up their roles and expertise.... Read more

The recent retirement of Chris Hollins was a concern, but his replacement Chris Baker has proved to be more than capable and has provided an extremely professional service. Lamberts also provided us with expert advice on difficult party wall matter. I would highly recommend this company.... Read more
