Didn’t know where to start with the flat buying process but one of the agents Steven, helped massively. I came with my cousin who is looking to buy with her husband and Steven was very informative. NEVER use Foxtons. They have held over £1100 of our deposit for 2 months on issues that the property ALREADY had before we moved in and that they themselves reported! Useless and do not care about tenants, they only care about their rich landlords paying them an extortionate amount to do a half arsed job. Terrible experience.
Adrienne Cleverly is not a property manager, she can't even check her own reports properly.
