Foxtons sold our one bed flat in Islington in early 2024 and we could not have been more happy with the service. They moved exceptionally quickly and at one point there were five different agents showing prospective buyers the house. We sold for £30k more than what we were expecting and I’m sure this was due to all the work of Foxtons staff. We were particularly happy with Niel and Elle for their work at the beginning and end of the process in making it all happen.

Nicola has been super helpful during our search. You can feel how professional she is and wants the best for both tenants and landlords - she got us viewings as soon as she had new listings, going extra hours and extra mile. She’s super understandable and acknowledges the sometimes grumpy request of customers.
She’s also been super helpful for newcomers to London by giving tips on areas, offer process etc.

Please ensure you view this flat before renting it. I did not, I relied on the posting. This is not a one-bedroom flat. This is a studio. There is no separate bedroom, only a step up to a bedroom area. This should be listed as a studio. Also, the kitchen is not fully fitted. There is only a mini-refrigerator. The lounge/living room area is not spacious, it's tiny, with a table that barely fits two people. And the landlord of this space is very difficult.
The location is amazing, though, and the ceilings are very high. The view is also lovely, of St Pauls. And the building is generally quiet (though the lift is often out of service).
I would give this flat more than two stars if it were listed accurately.
