I have been through a very elongated lease for my property which Sachin from Move In was working on for me. The process was long and had many bumps and issues but throughout it Sach has remained calm and focused on getting the job done. Posting ads with incorrect information, the person I spoke to over the phone is very unhelpful, and I'm not sure how they aren't seeing the problem with listing a property as "available immediately" when they won't arrange any viewings due to property maintenance!

I had advertised my studio to let with another agent for around 4 weeks.
Come week 5 I decided to go with move inn estates highly recommended by a good friend.
Within 3 weeks not only did they let the property but actually got more rent than I expected to my surprise.

The absolute worst letting agents that u can find in the history for renting a property.i wish I could give them negetive ratings. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare and the experience was just horrible. They would respond even after multiple calls and emails and getting anything done was a herculean task. I cannot emphasize enough on how bad the whole experience was. They provided the house which wasn't clean and even after multiple requests nothing was ever done. They were unresponsive, unprofessional and just a pain to deal with. Never was any maintenance activity taken up and they got our curtains drawn up at the property after chasing them for over 2 months. Our deposit also was delayed by a month. They never sent anybody to fix the balcony door which unhinged within the 1st week of our stay. I would recommend all to steer clear of them and find properties through professional agents. I am glad that I no more have to deal with them and have my peace of mind back.

I had a really nice experience with Move Inn Letting & Estate Agents, the flat I am renting right now it was in the market for a long time, no wonder why as I was trying to contact the big agence the landlords first went with, and they would never come back to me. The same day the landlords chose to put in the market with this agency I was able to rent it. Besides making it possible to me to rent, they been perfect helping me with all matters since the process started. It was everything really quick, I saw the apartment a friday, next friday I was moving in. I would indicate Move Inn Letting & Estate Agents for anyone. I was looking for a place for more than 4 months, so I did got to deal with a lot of agencies, and this agence it was the best one, no doubt of it.

Worst agent in area, why staff asking me what nationality am I when I tried to book viewing to see property? What this got to do with renting to clients? You ask for documents after, what problem with my nationality? Also plenty of times i called in, they thought they put me on hold, I could hear laughing about me. This what you call customer service? Even on appointment to see 2bhk, 25 minutes waiting for agent. Bloody joke, keep saying 5 minutes 5 minutes. Horrible service with no manners

We had been on the property market for 6 months with multiple failed chain transactions through other agencies before we met Move Inn Estates.
From the moment we met the team we knew we were in good hands. We had the pleasure of working with Gurleen, Jags and Talvir. On our first viewing of the property which we now live in, we fell in love with the home and knew it was the one. Gurleen and Jag’s helped secure the property for us with the seller.
With the property market being so overwhelmed during the pandemic, we knew we had to be on top of things to ensure the purchase went through smoothly. We were in touch with Gurleen most days and she was very efficient with dealing with any queries that arose during the whole transaction. She was a huge bridge between the seller’s solicitor, our solicitor and us and was very reassuring during the process which took some of the stress away.
During the process we unfortunately lost our buyer for the house we were selling, the buyer was from a different estate agent. We were worried that we would lose our onward purchase.
Move Inn Estates stepped in and helped us quickly find a new buyer to reform the chain to retain our onward purchase. They secured a new buyer within two weeks. During those two weeks we had the pleasure of Talvir and Gurleen accompanying the potential buyers during the viewings. Both Talvir and Gurleen were very professional during their viewings.
As soon as our new buyer was secured for the property we were selling, Move Inn Estates pushed along the transaction to ensure exchange and completion could go through as quick as possible.
This is a long overdue review as we moved back in August and its now November. All I can say is, Move Inn Estates helped us purchase our dream home. We would recommend getting in touch with the team for your next property purchase/sale. The whole team is a delight to work with and they have a very much family type feeling in the way they run their business.

I confirmed one property and given booking amount as well. After submitting all documents all going good we done property for long term let and other side I given notice to my current landlord..just before 1 week of moving they told me that you get this property for only three month .they said now landlord is not able to give this property for long term so they reduced some rent as well but that's no point for three months ..bt still I have to agree with that and then just one day before even not one day just 12 hour before they call me and they said property have some issue and now you can't move there and they offer me studio flat instead of one bhk flat ..

I can't praise Move Inn estates enough, having been in the property business for over 20 years I can honestly say that the professionalism and personal touch provided by Move Inn estates makes then stand out above the rest. I live in the Midlands and another local agent Hounslow allowed drugs to be grown in my investment property, my property was trashed and I needed it to be refurbished and the Let out again. Jag project managed the refurb and the got it Let out at above market rate to professional tenants. Considering the market was slow during lock
down, the staff at Move Inn did everything they could to rent out my property. Including virtual viewings and checking up on leads weeks later to see if they were still interested. I felt reassured that everything was being done, they gave me practical and helpful tips of simple work I could do to the property to make it more appealing (according to the feedback given by viewers).
What I value most about this estate agency is their honesty and abundance of knowledge/experience of the market. They helped my husband and I decide if we wanted to make short term profit or invest in long term profit with bigger rewards. It was refreshing to be given valuable advice/guidance that genuinely is going to help us long term.

The agency is not professional.I am a landlord and they advertised another property adjacent to mine using exactly same cover photo as mine.When I called them to clarify, they said if I can take a picture and send them.When I said it's their responsibility to take a photo of respective property the agent started talking in a different tone and when I asked them to remove it , he was very rude and said he wouldn't do that.It confused me as I thought it's my property and they shouldn't have used my photo at first place.

I was renting with this agency one bed flat. It was disaster they think only about themselves and Landlord... No about the tenants! All the time when I was renting and I got issues with flat they ignore everything!sometimes I called them 6 or 7 times per day and they still ignore my requests! In the end everything I done alone and in the end they got problem with that! As well as they was trying to trick me out with my deposit!!! .... People be carful! They just know how to charge you, nothing else... The worst agency ever.

My experience as tenant has been unpleasant from day one... I found the room I was willing to rent on Gumtree and it was advertised for 450 pm. I've called the estate agent and arrange a viewing in which I asked for confirmation of the price (apparently he wasn't paying attention). It is only after I signed the agreement and got everything planned for moving that I got a shocking receipt stating the rent was in fact 550 pm, when I disputed that with them and provided screenshots from their initial advert they went and immediately deleted it and came up with the most ridiculous excuses to deny that (I still have the evidence today)... when I declared that I no longer trust dealing with them and demanded my deposit back my request was rejected... As I was intern in urgent need for a room to rent I found myself in a situation where I had to agree to a different room for the same price. Since then their incompetent greedy approach towards their tenants continued, first by annoying phone calls first day of the month demanding the rent (although it wasn't late to begin with), and their dodgy unnecessary practices once you provide the notice of leaving. A million parenting like calls about how clean they want your room to be for other viewers which breaches the quite enjoyment right of the tenant, throwing obvious stupid lies about how another tenant is ready to move in exactly the same day just because they're afraid you might not leave on time... and finally with that ridiculous call stating 'oh we found a stain on the door which needs professional cleaning' just so they can steal your deposit. To summarise, you are going to deal with greedy money obsessed weirdos regardless of how good tenant you are.

I confirmed a viewing. But on the day of the viewing, I could never get through to the agency, they wouldn't answer my call so I didn't know whether the viewing was actually confirmed. And since we couldn't get a hold of this agency at all, we weren't sure where the property truly was as the address they gave us didn't match with maps or anything. We waiting around and the agent didn't show up. Wasted time, petrol and a potential offer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jay, who has been really very helpful right through the process of completing the sale of our property. As we are relocating to Poland it was important we found the right agent, we were extremely pleased on the choice we made choosing Move Inn from many other agents we saw, from the get go Jay took an extensive amount of time on our first meeting and the detail he went into when excuting the photoshoot was impressive. The teams excellent and timely communication via emails and telephone helped complete the process as smoothly as possible although the time it had taken for the sale was a lot longer than initially expected due to no reason of Move Inn's. However Jay was patient and provided the right information during the time which was very helpfull and professional on his end. We would definitely do business again. I gave my entire portfolio of properties across West London to Move Inn Estates and they have done nothing but a wonderful job in managing my properties in the most professional and personal way possible. Back in 2015 whilst i was abroad in The Gambia, one of my properties in Staines was met with a flood. You would expect to be informed as soon as if an emergency occurs such as a flood, but Avatar didn't want to disturb my holiday so he managed the entire crises by himself and arranged for the emergency services to pump out the flood water and told me about this as i arrived. This by far exceeded my expectations. So in all a very pleasant experience with this establishment.
