The apartment that we stayed in at 137 Hammersmith Grove was really nice. It had two bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom as well as a livingroom with an offset kitchen. The condition of everything was excellent. The only slight criticism is that the garden the back of the property which our bedrooms look onto was very unkempt. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. It's a far better option than a hotel and cheaper.... Read more

Location is fab. it was fab for me as I went for notting hill carnival and needed a spot extremely near by. it was important to me that I could cook for Myself as I like to feel well fed and know what I'm eating. little supermarket shops nearby were extremely helpful. goldhawk station 5 minute walk away. residents in the other apartments were polite and people around the area, also very polite. reception building is separate to apartment which is a bit annoying when you jave lots of luggage but was no more than a 2 min walk away. you return key to this same place. reception staff were nice enough. nothing particularly stood out about their service but they were nice! on my arrival, I was told I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bed. this made me extremely happy. it was much more spacious. decor was modern and there was even a little balcony area. please be aware there is no lift. I was on the first floor and had a large suitcase but I managed just a warning to those with potentially mobility issues. everything in the kitchen worked and was fine. the cooker felt a bit thrown in like an afterthought though. it did what it needed to though and I was thankful. there is two stairs down to the kitchen so another one to be aware of if you have mobility issues. the only thing that makes this a 4 star is there were NO CURTAINS IN THE BATHROOM. I had to make a makeshift curtain with a towel they gave every time I was in the bathroom. this was not great. I was nervous those walking by would see me on the toilet or bathing. not okay at all. walls are a bit thin but not enough to stop me sleeping. could just hear people going up and down stairs in the living area. I didn't hear anything in the bedroom whilst I slept. I will book again next year! hoping I get an upgrade again. I fear the studio won't be worth the amount of money I paid now I have tasted the goodness of the 1 bed appt!... Read more

One of the worst hotel experiences ever..I stayed there for almost a month and the apartments were so small it hardly had the space to keep the luggage. The check in and check out timings are awful and the staff made no adjustments whatsoever regarding the timings and I had to wait for almost 7 hours for my apartment. Would definitely want to avoid there services especially on Hammersmith grove office.... Read more

A very nice apartment for one or two travelers. Apartment was basement level, but had a basement patio in front of main window so you never felt like you were in a basement. Spacious room and standard (small) bathroom. Apartment was clean and I felt safe during my stay. Lots of food options within half mile walk. Train station half mile away.... Read more

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The logistics for check-in and check-out are terribly bad. You need to pick up the keys at one building and then walk about 7 minutes (with your suitcases) to the building where you will stay. For check-out, you can’t simply leave the keys inside; you need to walk back to the other building (carrying all your things again) just to return the keys. The neighbors upstairs were unbelievably noisy, and there were spiders in the flat. Also, despite the check-in being extremely late (4 pm, checkout 11 am), the keys were not at the reception when we arrived at 5 pm. Lastly, the location is quite far from the city center.... Die Wohnung war komplett renoviert und hatte alles was man braucht als Selbstversorger. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas abgeranzt und man hört bei offenem Fenster die Lüftung des Bistrots/Restaurants aus dem Erdgeschoss und der Kühlschrankt brummt, aber ansonsten ist es ruhig. Unser Apartment war ganz oben und das Treppenhaus ist recht eng und steil, gut wenn man Hilfe beim Koffertragen hat. Zur UBahn/Bus Hammersmith ca. 9 Minuten und nach Shepherds Bush ca. 18 Minuten. Die Wohngegend ist ganz hübsch, einige schöne Vorgärten und nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Um Eastlondon mehr zu erkunden, würde ich eine Wohnung zentraler wählen, sonst alles top.... Read more

We stayed for 6 nights during the Easter holidays and had no issues with heat/cold. We were told at Reception that the flat (136/3) had recently been renovated and it was very clean and tidy. There were a few gaps in the kitchen kit that I suggested they fill (no oven gloves, no oven trays, no scissors) plus they provided washing up liquid, two dishwasher tablets, two laundry tablets and 3 toilet rolls. No kitchen roll, cleaning spray or dishcloth. There was a pot of coffee/tea stuff but no condiments / oil etc. There was no dining table just some tall stools at the breakfast bar which were rather uncomfortable for me but seemed ok for the rest of the family. We had two bedrooms and one bathroom for a family of 3, which was fine, although the double bed room was very small and I would have much rather had the twin beds as a king-size and leave the double for the child. (I did ask for this in our Requests but it wasn't actioned - I should have pushed them for it as it would have been much more comfortable). I liked the location - even though there was a road at the front and a train line at the back it wasn't noisy enough to worry about. (The people upstairs were a bit heavy footed but they weren't there all the time we were). It was about 10 mins walk to Hammersmith which has a great network of underground lines (Hammersmith and City, Circle, Piccadilly, District) plus good buses too. It's not too far from Holland Park (we walked - great playground, gardens and design museum) and also a huge shopping centre at White City (Westfield) is just a couple of stops up the H&C line. Overall it fitted our needs very well. I just wish they hadn't been so stingy with loo rolls etc. Yes I understand it's self-catering but I feel that cleaning products etc. should come with the flat, you shouldn't have to buy spray and kitchen rolls etc.... Used to be Lovely apartments, however nowadays it’s not up to what it used to be, rooms isn’t always as it looks in pictures, staff and service are on poor quality. I have always been regular customer but I don’t recommend it anymore especially with current prices and for families... Read more

Abbiamo alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti situati ad Hammersmith per qualche giorno ad ottobre. Eravamo in quattro, due adulti e due bambini. L’appartamento in stile moderno era molto curato e pulito, era situato all’ultimo piano di una palazzina tipica inglese e comodo ai vari servizi. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento con tutto il necessario, asciugamani, pentole, coperte… insomma non mancava niente. Il check in lo fanno al pomeriggio mentre il checkout è alle 11 di mattina.
