We were buying our first flat and the process was long and drawn out because of legals, freeholder back and forth and other snags along the way. Jack was great and supported us through the process every step of the way. His enthusiasm and consistent bright attitude really helped us during many frustrating times. Really impressed with Jack and Fletchers.
We had previously been on the market with another agent in West Ken and felt like we’d been relegated to the bottom of their list. With Jack we always felt like his most important customer. He kept his word and got lots of people in for viewings quickly and we had a good offer within a week.
Post offer acceptance, Jack drove the completion process. He always kept us up to date and was always available (or quickly returned messages). Our sale wasn’t the most straight forward and I genuinely believe without Jack’s tenacity it could have fallen through.

DO NOT TRUST THESE LETTING AGENTS.
Editing my review from a 5 star to a 1 due to these sneaky agents.
This estate agents seriously need to think about the kind of landlords they are representing. They let me a flat with black mould in it, knowing full well it was not properly fixed before we moved in and then after moving in and not giving us a break clause in the contract, said they can't help us because they don't actually manage the property the landlord does.
After a few months actual leak's appeared including through the bathroom light fixture, and also through my bedroom light fixture. Also damp completely covering two sides of the wall in my bedroom and making the black mould much worse.
Fletcher's and the landlord have practically ghosted me, won't give me my deposit back even though they were disgusting states to live in and have been incredibly unhelpful, obviously favouring making a buck over the safety and sanitation of their tenants. Roping and tricking people into unecesarily long contracts (3 years!!!) Under the guise of it will be more likely to be let if we agree to a longer lease..... I think they knew exactly what they were doing with that one. This was the first time renting without help and I have learned a lot from it. Mainly not to trust sneaky letting agents and double guess, and make sure to get things in the contract.
Not that that matters as the contract was broken from the day we moved in and continued to be broken and the law broken the whol time we lived there.
Do not trust these letting agents.

since their reply i have had no correspondence with anyone from this lettings agent, they have made no attempt to correct the previously stated, so a bit of a hollow reply is.

I recently used Fletchers to purchase a property in West Kensington and would say they are the best agents I've worked with to date. The initial viewings with Liam were easy and enjoyable, it didn’t feel too forced however I felt confident knowing they understood the market and local area. The team had picked out 4-5 properties either side of my budget which gave me a useful picture of what was on the market. They also gave me printed brochures of the properties which was a nice touch. After making an offer, Ema was extremely efficient at moving the sale forward while giving me realistic timelines and expectations. I felt they were genuine and we tackled any problems quickly and found solutions. I had regular communication from Fletchers at all points and found them very responsive. I would recommend Fletchers for purchasing!

I cannot recommend Fletchers strongly enough to people selling their home, My flat has been on the market for 6 months with another agent. I had had over 30 viewings ,without a single offer. My original agent was also suggesting I lowered the price of my flat by about 20k. I was feeling pretty despondent. Until one day as I was walking home I noticed a Fletchers sign with SOLD emblazoned across it, as I walked into my block and I realised they must have sold one of my neighbours flats. So I called them and spoke to the lovely Jacob to ask if they could help me too. I am so happy I did! My flat went under offer on the FIRST viewing with them. They have been absolutely amazing throughout the conveyancing process which unfortunately in my case became extremely complicated by two third parties. Without Jack and his team, I genuinely do not think my flat sale would have gone through. He has been incredibly supportive, on hand, responsive, proactive, understanding, knowledgeable and just brilliant throughout AND they have sold my price of the asking price. If you want to sell your home, look no further. Fletchers really the BEST. Thank you for everything Jack and Jacob. I am hugely grateful to you and hope the buyer will be very happy in his new home!

Jack is extremely rude and unprofessional, called to enquire and was extremely rushing, told me I would receive a call back from Emma, (which I didn't), I had to call back myself. Then saw another property available so called again with Jack answering yet again, and told me Emma would call me back. I expressed my concerns about Emma not calling back earlier and Jack replied with 'well we get 90 calls a day' which I would like someone to investigate as to whether there are 90 inbound calls made in a day, because that would be quite surprising for a small agency. Furthermore, I asked if she could call back soon, and he said she will call back when she's not busy, and I said okay, never mind, thanks, and he ENDED THE CALL - no bye, no nothing...how disrespectful can you be? Avoid this agency at all costs - I can see in previous reviews people have dealt with the same kind of issue.

I grew up in the country side in a family with minimal income,life wasnt easy, I didnt hv the priviledge to recieve good education, but I always dreamt that one day I will be able to move to the infamous London and start a new life there. I was desperate and is afraid that i might either hv to stay with the toxic land lord or move back to the countryside,until I saw this agency. In the middle of a pandemic, dealing with international demanding clients from NYC (us) and with an owner horse racing multiple brokers for the best offer, Joshua managed to bring both parties to a deal, which needed comprising from both sides.

The agents at Fletchers are simply amazing. My daughter is studying in the UK, and we were having a most difficult time locating a suitable flat that would accept her long distance application from the US. She contacted Fletchers after finding a wonderful flat in the perfect location. The agent responded right away, answered all of our questions, and provided a high resolution video of the entire flat. The paperwork was generated quickly via Docusign, we wired the deposit directly to them, and the lease was secured in a weeks time. This is no small feat when you have to deal with Visa paperwork and co-signers. Clearly their agents are highly experienced. What's most impressive, these fantastic agents responded to our questions just as quickly, both before and AFTER the lease had been signed and finalized, which from my life experience, is a rarity. I highly recommend Fletchers, especially if you are leasing sight unseen, and even more so if you are coming from overseas. Shout out to Paul Biris and Christian Pengelly, you guys are the best!

What a great experience we’ve had! All of the staff know their stuff here and are true professionals and experts in their field. Christian dealt with letting our flat for us. We had spoken with several other local agents, but we felt Christian was really genuine and understood what we were looking for as first time landlords. Anthony was brilliant in finding us flats which were well within our price range, and far superior to any we had viewed before coming to Fletchers, as well as proving eminently professional and extremely knowledgable about the area. This review is predominantly for the interactions I had with Fletchers, Christian Pengelly, to be specific. Christian was quite proactive in his communications, understood my requirements well and gave me options for flats that had most of the boxes ticked for my requirement. One of his colleague even accommodated a viewing when it wasn't scheduled so really appreciate that as we had traveled quite far that day for other viewings with him. Ultimately, we didn’t go ahead with them as I decided to look in a different area but it was great interacting with them and would definitely recommend them.

We gave Fletchers the -what we considered to be - impossible task. 1 bedroom flat, within a specific price range, pet friendly! While other agencies took in consideration maximum 1 of our requirements Fletchers found for us the perfect house. We were impressed of how serious and persistent they were to help us find the house that matched our tastes. Costumer service was amazing, everyone was extremely professional, polite and with remarkable attention to detail. Being extremely dissatisfied from previous companies I though letting agencies was a waste of time. Fletchers not only managed to change my opinion but they are now my letting agent for sure. The guys at Chard were simply brilliant (shout out to Christian and James) The shop closed at 7 the night before our move in date but they stayed there till 9 to make sure the paperwork got sorted and the references came through. They then rang up to confirm all was ok on our move in date and take care of any glitches we came up against during the move.
