Have just recently taken a 10 person office in this build, from the start of the engagement Lheyton was very obliging and together we came up with the right office and right commercial framework for us. Then I visited the office and was met by Kaye, a beaming / smiley lady who makes your day when you walk in. We drove here at 9:30am. Told to come back in an hour. At 12pm I called them and they said it’ll be ready at 1. Then we arrive at 2. And they still weren’t ready. We’ve been waiting for days now... it’s cold outside the shop. They say it’ll be ready any minute now... they sit on a throne of lies. It was 2010 when this post was written, and I’m still waiting.
