Just following up on my first review (at the bottom of the page).
January 2024: I rented a 2 bedroom flat from Connells (Bletchley Branch), Dec 2021 to Dec 2023.
The process of “signing up” and moving into the property was really straightforward, and likewise when my tenancy ended I received my full deposit back (to the penny) within 5 days which was fantastic.
The various people I dealt with throughout my tenancy were polite and any queries or issues I had were dealt with fairly promptly. At one point the central heating stopped working, and within 7 days of letting Connells know, the boiler was replaced. A pretty prompt turnaround time I think!
Overall, this was my first time using an estate agency and it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the team at Connells Bletchley to anyone in the Milton Keynes area.

Special mention to Daniel who was always at the end of the phone with help and suggestions and arranged many visits to the property! He was especially supportive and positive through the many ‘bumps’ we had along the way.

Whilst we had issues, lack of communication from the previous Branch Manager being the biggest one just left and moved to another branch without saying anything.
Daniel however from the off was great!
If it wasn't for him stepping in where I needed him to this could have gone a lot differently, his responses were rapid regardless of it being an email or phone call to keep me updated or to check something, he took on far more of the house buying process with myself than was required of him, he is a massive asset to your company and of all the estate agents that I went and looked at properties with he was the most knowledgeable, genuine and down to earth person that I had contact with.
Thank you again for your work on this Daniel I know I'm not the most easy-going of people when things don't go to plan, but you helped ease the stress where possible.

We were on a pretty tight time frame and met Olivia through an initial viewing. When that viewing didn’t work out, she kept my details, contacted me a few days later and let us be the first to view a newly available property which was everything we wanted! She got our information over to the landlord very quickly and was quick and clear with communication and information! Thanks so much Olivia ????

I stayed in the property for more than 4.5 years, the landlady is the best and was very supportive and helpful always. Icing on the cake is the support from Connells team, everyone right from the person (Natalie) who showed us the property to the one who is the property manager Kathleen Milne/ Roberta Lewthwaite, every one is exceptional with their service. Special Thanks to Kath as she was Single contact for many years and was always prompt to emails and get the issues resolved. Checking out of the property was also so smooth, everyone supported in all aspects.
My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for our smooth stay in the property.

The team have been great. I had a very stressful purchase with numerous hold ups due to issues with the leasehold flat. The solicitors were all useless in chasing things up and keeping me in the loop but I could rely on Connells sales team to help try and hurry the process along. They were the ones who discovered the free holder hadn't even competed their valuation survey 2 months into the buying process! I'm very grateful to finally be in my new home and would recommend the team.
