I was looking for a house to purchase in Milton Keynes and as a first time buyer I was super impressed with the level of customer service and help that Taylors provides. Especially to note a young lady named Paris who is doing an absolutely amazing job helping people find the perfect house. I was very lucky to have Paris who picked up my voicemail I had left enquiring into properties in the area having not been from the area and having no idea I requested a day for someone to help me to view as many properties as possible given my requirements. Paris sprung straight to it and gave me a call back to confirm the viewings that she had planned for my day visit to Milton Keynes. She did an excellent jobs and I was able to utilise the day off from work I took to maximise my chances of finding a property in the area. This was all in a couple days notice. I was very impressed with all the viewings she had booked as she was very considerate towards what exactly I was looking for and was one of most accomodating agent I have ever met. If you are someone like myself looking for a house in Milton Keynes and you don't know the area I strongly suggest going to Taylor's and if possible requesting to speak with Paris she will solve and help you with everything and anything you may require. Overall 10/10 experience, was a shame I ended up changing my mind , however this was due to me realising I would not be able to commute to london from the area, however if I was considering milton Keynes in the future I know exactly where to go.... I first visited Taylor’s Bletchley a few months ago now and I was immediately greeted by the wonderful Gareth Hammond, he was immediately welcoming and explained everything i needed regarding my query. Once I had decided on my purchase I was greeted by the extremely knowledgeable and patient Nick Carter. Nick was wonderful, he answered every single question I had and once we dealt with the initial mortgage questions he continued to support me past getting me a mortgage and all the way through to exchange. Both Gareth and Nick are a credit to Countrywide and Taylor’s Bletchley and I cannot thank them enough for the help they have given me throughout this purchase. I highly recommend.... Read more

I know you often hear horror stories about estate agents and brokers, but I can assure you that Taylors were absolutely phenomenal throughout our entire house buying process! Nick, especially, was so unbelievably on-the-ball it took so much of the stress away from the whole thing - everything he shared was very clear and concise, he did everything we asked him/needed him to do super quickly, and he put up with my constant worrying like an absolute champ! I continually chase Taylors about my house Sale ! They arrange viewings via text message, then don't turn up! No phone call to inform you, you sit & wait for an hour ! Total lack of communication between colleagues or the client ! I put forward my concerns & complaints to Seniors, previously, but it continued. First time using Taylors & the Last.... Read more
