My Father's house was on the market for a long long time with another local agent. Taylors put a couple of leaflets through the door asking if I would give them a chance. The negotiator visited, the house went on the market and he presto it sold straight away. The staff were very professional, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. We had a property to sell when my mother died and Taylor's knowledge of the industry and contacts ensured they had a viewer before we had even dropped off the keys, and he subsequently bought the house. No fuss or dramas throughout the whole process and they kept us up to date all the time. Thoroughly efficient & professional throughout

Unfortunately my experience from this estate agents was not so good. I was recently shown a property that had been on the market for 6 months. I asked why it was on the market for so long and they said that people did not want to buy it because it was too expensive, but this was very misleading to say the least. I viewed the property twice, and I could not see any serious or obvious defects. And the estate agent seemed to indicate that there were no serious defects with the property either and he kept saying that it was a 'good buy' and good as a property investment Unfortunatelm after paying £400 on solicitor fees, and another £374 for a survey. The survey showed that the property was very, very defective and needed serious repairs on the roof, windows, extension roof, ceilings, walls etc. I counted more than twelve '3' as in 'serious defects' in the Ricks Homebuyers Survey Report. And nine '2's. So basically, I had to pullout from the purchase. The property according to the surveyor was rigged with serious defects. So, I would be careful in using this estate agent in future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Incompetent, arrogant, unreliable, unprofessional.
Feeling like they are making you a favour to do their job (awfully!).

THEY TRIED TO PUSH ME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT WITH TENANTS STILL IN THE PROPERTY!!! Luckily I didn't, as tenants squatted for 4 months afterwards!

Astonished Taylors is happy to be represented by these people.

Will happily give more details, nobody deserves to deal with these people and be treated like that.
