Kevin Simpson is a scum and cannot be trusted. He disappeared with our deposit and we can't track him down. He closed his office in Sutton and does not pick up the phone. Do not do any business with this guy or Landmarks Lettings!!! I can only hope he won't trick anyone else.

Landmarks Lettings is a one man band run by Kevin Simpson. Kevin is a nice guy but not a reliable property manager. A rental increase was discussed and confirmed with my tenant without consultation with me. In the years that I used Landmarks Lettings I had to chase Kevin for my rent at least 50% of the time. Most recently, Kevin has kept two months rent paid by my tenant forcing me to take legal action to recover my money. It probably comes as no surprise that I would not recommend Landmarks Lettings.
