We are in the final stages of selling a two bed maisonette in Sutton. We have used Your Move before and cannot recommend them enough. They do not over price like some estate agents and therefore attract a better range of buyers. Malek Chaouachi worked hard at viewings and contacts, finally achieving a sale for us. They are very aware of the subtle changes in the housing market and have a very professional team with a lot of experience of the local area. If you are selling property in the area around Sutton, these people should be at the top of your choices for marketing your property.

I came across them twice during my property search and not impressed at all. Took them more than two weeks to respond back after several enquiries. The properties they recommended were way out of the budget and this was after they took all the details and were notified of the requirements.

Another bad experience just now, booked me in for a vieiwing only to call and let me know a couple of hours before that this is gone and not available...i mean i have never seen such unprofessional people in my life. You have booked your day to see a property and then they just waste your time. Would not recommend them to anyone

Late for the first viewing for 10min and not even say I'm sorry..
We had two vewings with her on the same day and she was very unprofessional, rude and to lazy to do her job. When we had few questions about property she was like "I don't know " " Don't understand what you mean ' or checking her phone... When we find the property that we really like and took a day off from work to see it first thing in the morning she called us 20min before meeting her that the property is now gone and she is cancelling the viewing...

Good customer service, sending me well matched properties, the agents are very responsive, even the other agents (Danny, George, Phil) who are not in charge of the property I bought are quite helpful. During property viewing, Jay’s service was great compare to any other agents in Sutton who perhaps thought that their only job was to let you into the property and didn’t even bother looking into basic stuff like lease, ground rent, service cost etc. His sales skill was excellent, his knowledge of the local area was exceptional, removing any doubt anyone who’s not local might have.

Horrible service from Maria, she was to lazy to do a viewing on the day I called so then books it in for the next day, on the day she decides to leave me a voice mail saying she’s cancelling the viewing and that the property is gone. This was a complete waste of my time as I could have made another viewing and very unprofessional. I am extremely frustrated by the way this employee went about her job, terrible service.

Firstly its a nice restaurant and atmosphere and the beer was good. But they forgot our order and our friend who ordered at the same time had her food. When we asked about ours the staff informed us they forgot us and offered a refund or a 30min wait after waiting for 45min. We took the refund and the manager gave us the wrong amount. It was for half of the order, which we then had to explain that we ordered 2 burgers and not 1. After around an hour we decided to leave.

The staff at Your Move Lettings seem very friendly and helpful at the beginning when you are trying to rent a property.
The nightmare starts when you are moving out of a property.
I did not intended to write this review, but after I've seen that there are other tenants in my situation I've decided to raise awareness.
The staff at the agency are protecting only the landlord, it was a struggle to have my deposit back after a month and after their assurance that it will be returned in a civil manner. They have deducted a very high amount from my deposit for repairs at the property and a broken blindfold (£180) !!! The inventory company that works with them is hand in hand with them and you will end up paying for wear and tear, which is the landlord's responsibility if ou want your remaining deposit back quickly (as I did because was a high amount of money involved).
Definitely would not recommend this agency as they lack professionalism and they will end up ripping you off at the end of tenancy!

My wife and I have used Your Move Phil and his team twice and I cannot recommend them enough! Phil has prevoisly sold our old proeprty and therefore when we went to sell this time we knew in a heartbeat we'd be returning to Phil and his team. Jay was our main contact and again he was outstanding, honest, professional and highly communicative. Jay recommended we dropped our guide price (which we were reluctant to do) however upon his recommendations we did so, the traffic of viewings doubled and our property was sold within 10 days. As we started our own search for a new property Jay and Phil were exceptional in their advice and guidance. Throughout the whole process both Jay and Phil have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions! If you want am estate agents who honestly care and will show this throughout the moving process these are your guys! There are not enough positive words to express our graditude, satisfaction and thanks to both!

Dealt with these a few times now, last time i used these I rented. Not impressed with these at all just seemed like once you were in they didn't really care about anything else. If you had Any issues or concerns they would take forever to reply so I had to go to the shop itself to get things done.

Never use this estate agent in any area! They are a bunch of cowboys, held my deposit for over two months and never provided dispute docs to deposit company. Property was as I found it when I left I must clarify. My landlord wanted money for repairs which he got in the end because of the dragging of heels.
Deposit company (mydeposits) they use are in league with this agent, they are not on your side as a tenant and are biased in how they provide you with info.
I don’t normally write reviews but feel I must warn people who value their money, time and sanity.

Will never use Your Move again because of unpleasant encounter with agent Sarah who is incredibly rude, blames you for her own mistakes and is generally a nightmare to deal with. Have only experienced the company through this one agent and this has given us a very negative view of the company.

Sometimes you don't realise when you're onto a good thing with an Estate Agent....I should have written this review ages ago, but it's only now I realise what a treasure this Lettings office is! I use them to manage a property which has turned out to have a huge array of issues...including a big damp issue in the block itself. We've always had a really efficient service from them in the 5ish years we've been using them, but it's only when it gets tough that you really find out the truth. Anyway, we had an awful time earlier this year with fixing the damp, and this office were absolutely brilliant. Everyone i spoke to, without exception, was excellent. The communications was great - plenty, but not too much. When i inadvertently caused problems they helped to mop it up, and always with a smile. They helped balance tenant/contractor and me with great professionalism. They are always super friendly, super smiley and speak really honestly to you. And I agree with the other reviews, they always go above and beyond to help. Amazing service. Thank you so much.

The most easiest letting process i have ever had! As my job relocates quite a lot, i have moved a lot over the last few years, meaning i have dealt with a lot of dreadful estate agents! Dealing with the Sutton lettings office, was an absolute breath of fresh air! They have done more than what i have experienced in the past, making every step easy, and stress free.
