Had such a great experience renting from Laports. Joseph and Beata were so helpful with setting everything up for me and were always around to help me with anything I needed during my time at the flat. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me find a place to live and will always be thankful to them for all the support and guidance they gave to me during my time living there.

We've stayed in the flat managed by Laports for a year. The agents (Joseph and Beata) were always friendly and responsive and helped us to organise smooth check in and check out.

The worst letting agency I even had to deal with. Be careful when renting properties through them. I was a tenant in one of the flats for over a year, which they were “managing”. They haven’t done much management and instead made me do all of the management myself (any issues, I had to contact relevant parties to deal with those myself and had to do most of the chasing myself). I couldn’t contact the landlords directly nor I was provided with any of their details. Prior renting the flat the agent advised that water bills are included in rent. After leaving the property I was chased by debt collectors agency for the water bills unpaid. I have forwarded all of the emails to this letting agency and they have ignored them and have not dealt with unpaid bills. I have ended up paying for the unpaid water charges as the provider (Affinity Water) have imposed an unsigned/assumed agreement, meaning if you are living in the property, you are deemed to pay for all of the utilities. I have rented many properties in London before and after this agency, never have I had so much grief for renting a property. Please do be careful by all means. Check your contract in detail and have all of the agreements logged in writing (not messages, but emails). Even I had an email from agent confirming that water charges are included and I ended up paying all of the charges myself. Make sure the agreement is logged on your tenancy contract and is signed by the landlord (do not rely on the agency).

We have had a great experience purchasing our house with Laports. Despite this being a very stressful time for us, Joseph and his team made it feel easy. We found them to be very friendly, professional and very accommodating. During the purchase they kept in good communication with us and assisted in keeping the process moving.
We would recommend this agent every time. Thank you team for making our purchase a very pleasant one.

I have been a tenant at one of the properties managed by Laports for around 4 years. Throughout that period, both Joseph and Beata have consistently provided an excellent level of service. They have always been available when needed, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. They have provided that caring and personal touch which is often absent today. In addition, when I decided it was time to move on, they couldn’t have been more helpful in tying up all the loose ends which come with the end of a tenancy. A very big thank you from me and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Loved working with Laports! Joseph and Beata were supportive and always on hand to stay behind, show me around the house more then once and advise. This particular house purchase was difficult with the vendor abroad but Beata kept the comms consistent and definitely helped get it over the line.

Laports Agency was absolutely amazing to me and my family! They showed support and understanding from the first moment I walked in their office ,8 years ago.
A big "Thank you!" once again to everyone from the agency ,especially to Beata who has been amazing to us,for being such a good friend and a professional person.

Never count on their promises!!!!!! I had submitted all documents that they asked me they even confirmed that I can move in the property on time, even l had paid the deposit they asked me too many evidences which I had submitted to them( credit check, accountant reference, my 3 years landlord reference, even guarantor,my income evidence...) after they confirmed, l spoke to my previous landlord and noticed him that I wanna move out by the end of tenancy agreement which he accepted and remarked our property for rent, so after two weeks l had got email from Laports that landlord regretted and don’t wanna rent the property to you !!!!! Why ? Cuz you are self-employed!!!! Which at the first l said I am.
So now I cancelled my previous tenancy agreement!! shameful
I had submitted everything that they asked
They played with me two weeks !!!!

An agent from Laports posted an advert on Spareroom for rooms in a house in Hendon Central. Some of the pictures contained in the ad were either not real or from a different house that they were trying to rent (and if that was the case they should have created two separate ads, so that you' d know exactly which house and rooms you were going to see), and they lied about certain things - i.e. there being a living room in the house, and the total number of bedrooms in the house.
They didn' t even say in the ad (or the messages we later shared) that they were an agency, so when I went to see the rooms I thought I was meeting the landlady, but found out I was meeting the agency people instead!
The guy who showed me the house showed me only part of it, then I had to do his job (ask him what was upstairs, show it to myself, etc.). They didn' t even have the decency to make sure the bedrooms they were showing were actually clean!!!
When I sent a message to the agency lady saying that I was not getting the room she replied using abbreviations, like I am her friend or something.
These are just some of the problems I encountered with them, the whole story would take a lot longer.
Super unprofessional, lying people who wasted my time and my travel money.
I DO NOT recommend to use this agency!
