These people are not reloyable and don’t trust their telling lies about houses when they call customers to check or see the house person reaching their office they refuse to give hous one day they call my family to see house when they are reached there office they said house has given for rent then why you ring them totally fraud

1* is objectively generous for these prats. They'd booked me a flat viewing for which I had to travel from out of town to attend, only to agree a let without my knowledge - then staff played it off on the day as if they knew nothing of our correspondence. I was then more appalled by the rudeness and ignorance of staff in their office, after telephone correspondence left lots to be desired - no decency or common courtesy to acknowledge their incompetence in any way. Flag bearing for terrible letting agents across the land.. avoid like the plague ????

All they do is lead people on, 95% of the time don't stick to promises. Just tell the truth to tenants, we're humans, not just numbers on your computer screens. By far my worst experience in the rent sector, in my 15+ years renting. Please think twice, thrice or even 4 times considering these guys.

Had two times worst experience with this estate agency. Utterly unprofessional and unresponsive. They give importance to the people who they have links with. We had all the required documents and everything was clear but definitely did not go through as they gave the home to the people they had links with!
If you are gonna do favouritism then please let the people know so that they don't waste their time with your agency!
I must tell that I have never seen such unprofessional people in my life! Never contact this Agency ever!!!
