Chloe was responsive and insightful. She was honest, and one of the few estate/letting agents we have encountered that have been willing to assist us, since our return to the UK after 25 years in the US.(What IS with customer service in the UK?) The downside was the poor girl had to show a complete PIT, that had been recently trashed by the previous tenants.
Much appreciated Chloe, and keep up the good work!

Besides the manager I'm guessing the agent that has been our direct contact person Stephanie has been more the useless. We have repeatedly contacted her to get the name and contact details of the cleaning company they approve for the end of tenancy, and she ended up giving us the details of the property evaluator they work with at end of tenancy. We have found out that by mistake we have overpaid since the beginning of the tenancy and that we need to be refunded a bit over 400£ , mind you we found out 2 months ago, and ever since she keeps saying it's not related to her job, but when we ask for a contact details for anyone in financial that can refund us the overpaid sum she says she can't. The person that is showing the property to new potential tenants(Chloe if i remember her name correctly) called us shocked that the property is empty and we still have the keys for the property as our tenancy ends at the end of the month, and we paid for it( and then some) and left us feeling like she wanted us to return the property keys already...
So all in all more then disappointed, except for Ross( unfortunately I can't remember his surname).
At this point we just want the end of the month to come to return the keys, and maybe get our money back since we have been waiting for 2 months.

The Leaders agreed to send my Cover Letter with pictures describing me and my family to the landlord; As searching for the house at Oxford with 3 kids (7y, 5y and newborn) is complete nightmare and maybe even impossible. The cover letter gave us at least some chance, to explain, that we are decent family of scientists (my wife and me), with really small kids, which Landlords do not need to be afraid of.

By far the greatest experience in these tough times to find a tenancy was with Ellise who was available for a view just a couple of hours after a phone call. She is polite and gave specific and accurate details and answers to my questions. Also the holding and reference proccess is very straightforward and clear through Leaders Tenancy App.

Literally the best letting agent in Oxford!
My house hunting experience had been stressful and awful until I met Leaders. They are very helpful. The viewing experience with Ellise was great and she has been super efficient on processing my application. Leaders are very organised and they make house hunting easy as I still cannot believe I have found a place within 2 weeks! Cannot recommend them more!

The best estate agents hands down! There’s a lot to choose from in their current areas but making a choice with leaders could be the best decision you make! They explain everything in a lot of detail and make the whole process easy! Any questions or anything you’re unsure of they’ll be sure to dive into deeper on such topics to make sure you get the best experience when looking for a place. 10/10 would definitely recommend
