Very professional and transparent, with a very accurate valuation. The marketing of our property was excellent, very impressed with the presentation on the web. Connells did a great job of the pictures, that really captured the living space of our house. As first time buyers, me and my wife were not too familiar with the whole process of buying a house and finding the right mortgage. We visited the Connells team at the Headington office. The whole team was brilliant from day one. Their Mortgage Advisor, Jack Ballard was simply amazing!! Jack is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, practical and very efficient. He is always available for you and has great communication skills. He would call you if there was anything urgent even if he was on his holiday. He was abe to quickly
understand our needs and circumstances. He brings his vast experience not only as a mortgage advisor but also his previous experience working as an estate agent to the table. This was really helpful for us as you basically get two services in one. He not only helped us find the best mortgage rate at that time but also kept us informed when the rates went down and got us onto a lower rate. Jack's experience working as an estate agent really came in handy for us when choosing the property to buy, negotiating and communicating with the seller's agents, solicitors and expediting the whole process of buying a house which so far has been really smooth and hassel free thanks to Jack. Thank you Jack!! We would highly recommend Jack Ballard to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.
