This is a review for Bella Vickers who helped us find our next home. We first met Bella in Jan 2024 when we viewed a property on Old Road. We submitted an offer but alas we were not successful. Bella was very professional, polite and provided answers to all our questions. Subsequently we viewed several properties with Bella. She sent email notifications of properties that matched our brief, and very importantly called us when the final property we have offered on became available unexpectedly. She presented a very good demeanour at each of the viewings and I feel that without her personal attention we would not have clinched the purchase. Excellent service all round.

Avoid using if at all possible. 2 issues: Poor communication between parties. They intimidate you chasing charges you are not liable for.

Jack Williams has been a fantastic agent for us. Throughout our search he has been professional yet personable, knowledgeable about properties we've viewed and our search area, and excellent at engaging and communicating with us at every step of the process. When we had a bump of a property we had had an offer accepted on being withdrawn from the market by its vendors due to an unfortunate change in their circumstances, he made sure to call us straight away when another property that fit our specs became available, and was diligent in getting our questions answered so that we were armed with all the info we needed at the viewing in order to make an offer among a competitive field. And with credit to his communication and advice, we are very pleased to have had an offer accepted. Based on our experience as buyers, we would definitely recommend Jack, and I have no doubt that he would also engage well with vendors and work hard to get them a good sale. However, Frankie Poole was quick to get the marketing underway, managing the process from end to end and keeping us informed throughout.
