seeing how Greg and his team treat my partner and her friends whilst they were living in a property managed by him, whilst they were studying, was enough to make me see how unfair his tactics are when it comes to making an extra buck at the end of one’s tenancy.. therefor I’d be careful choosing letme, unless you can clean every last drop of dust from all the cracks the human eye doesn’t even see.... I was a tenant in a house managed for let me properties and the experience was great. Very professionals and quick turn around in all the queries I had from the very beginning to end. Always listened to my proposals when I had any for the landlord and quick response. No problems getting back deposit when I left. Cannot praise this agency highly enough. I have been a landlord living abroad for several years, I have had my house let through Let me for 3 years. Extremely, honest, professional and get things done! Jane is absolutely fabulous, courteous and efficient in sorting repairs etc and Greg the owner/manager is easily accessible if you need to speak to him. A real personal service where you know them and they know you. My experience with the agency was very good. Due to covid situation, it wasn't possible for me to come back to England. I could just give 12 days leaving notice for the flat i was staying in, instead 2 months agreed on my contract. Let me property did help me out with this matter in very professional manner. I would whole heartily recommend Let Me Properties for Landlord services. I have recently worked with Greg and his team on renovating a property and renting it out. The service has been quick, efficient with good communication throughout and good value for money. The property was renovated to a high standard and once complete was quickly put on the market and tenants found. Let Me Property managed the whole thing from end to end. These guys stole our deposit as students in Hertfordshire. I'll never recommend him. I lived in a flat at 224 Park House Court in Hatfield and Greg refused to maintain the flat and at thesame time took our 2000 pound at the end of our tenancy. He is a cheat. Don't rent with this agent especially if u are a student. His aim is to get student off their deposit and enrich himself. Pls avoid this agent at all cost... Read more
