Quality in Quarantine: A story with a perfect ending. My girlfriend and I had not seen each other since February because of the lockdown. 3 months later and with no sign of things easing up, we decided to rent a place together for a couple of months one Sunday evening. On Monday I was on the phone to Graham and by Friday we had signed. A special thank you to Graham who was punctual, great at updating, and had our best interests at heart throughout the process. Now my girlfriend and I have the opportunity to have some quality time together (albeit after she self isolates for 2 weeks) during this crazy time of life. Graham, Collinson Hall, you have done a truly outstanding job, especially considering the current climate. Your level of service was phenomenal and there were no hiccups along the way. Thank you once again.

We purchased our home with Collinson Hall recently and found them to be very helpful throughout the process, the perfect balance of customer service and pro-activity to get the deal done during a difficult time (Negotiated over Christmas.. completed during the Covid lockdown!) . If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not rent from this agency, they don't care about tenants at all. Before my tenancy started they misrepresented how maintenance would be dealt with in the property, which led to several ongoing issues throughout the tenancy. Any problems and they immediately assume the tenant is at fault and threaten eviction - before even talking to you. Then at the end of the tenancy they lost some of the keys to the property after they were returned to their office, for which the landlord then took money from my deposit to replace the locks! All the positive reviews on here must be from cheap landlords squeezing money out of tenants. Completely unprofessional conduct.
