Ever since I’ve been in contact with Lexstone, I have exchanged emails and messages with Rosie and Valeriia. Throughout the whole process they were both so cooperative and very prompt in their responses. They always kept me up to date and made sure everything was going as per my expectations and needs. Rosie always welcomed me with a smile and such a kind and caring attitude. She was early on the day of the check in which was much appreciated as I didn’t have to wait so everything went very smoothly.
