Rumina the agents we were in contact with at Fraser & Co were extremely helpful and professional. She was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly and as easily as possible. She was very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and happy to go above and beyond in order to make sure we were put at ease within the process. My wife is very happy with our new flat even tho she wasnt sure in the begining of the process! Literally the worst of many many letting agents i have worked with. They will rent your property to any degenerate they can find. It will be let, but they will not follow legal protocols, jeopardizing your legal case should any tenant be destructive or delinquent. Your emails will not be answered, your calls will not be returned, they will pass you along to other “managers” without notifying you. Completely useless I give them 1 stars because i cannot give them 0 stars.... Read more

Rented from this branch for a year and had a very unpleasant experience. They handed us over a dirty property, took months to get rid of unusable furniture, didn't give good maintenance to the property and then unfairly deducted money from our deposit where we had written and graphic proof on all the points. Needed to raise a case with the deposit protection company. Do not recommend using them at all as they are untrustworthy and it has costs us a lot of time and stress to deal with them.... Read more

Been on a rollercoaster! Jordan Horne from Fraser & Co listened to what I needed (I was demanding!) found somewhere, negotiated brilliantly with developers and me and we were all set. Then my circumstances changed and gutted I had to withdraw. Jordan was super helpful and brought everything back which must have been tough bearing in mind what I'd needed and he'd secured. Fraser and co 12 west end quay , south wharf rd London w2 . This is the branch that deals with accounts and invoices .Not happy with the HR and facilities manager , She sends me tax unfriendly version of an invoice re lettings fees which I found very difficult to understand . Made little sense to me re breakdown . So I sent her an email asking for a more TAX friendly version of the invoice . Not difficult . But she totally ignored my mail and re-sent me the same tax unfriendly invoice . Incompetent or what . ????????... Read more

Great during viewing, references and management team! I just moved in one of the properties management by Fraser and Co and Fabian and Anna have been very helpful. The process went really smoothly, they were very accommodating and quick. I wasn't based in London during my flat search and Fabian went out of his way to show me the property both in video and in person at different times. Anna took over and is now my property manager and has been very quick and helpful right before Christmas. Definitely recommend, best experience in 5 years in London!... Read more

Poor customer service, untrustworthy and dual faced treatment towards Tenant. Threw away/disposed/removed valuable belongings and a TV from my friends apartment in merchant square, without seeking his permission or without even informing him, while he was away on Holiday. Outspoken and Rude behaviour from the agents, Please avoid if you are looking for a property around Paddington.... Read more
