Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Both the sales and lettings team are great and have helped me now many times over the years and that’s why I can’t help but stick with them. You won’t find a lot of honest people in London but i’m glad to have found metropole. Thanks to all the team and metropole for all your help and assistance with properties over the years.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LIARS.
THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTIES THEY LOOK AFTER.
DO NOT MAINTAIN FIRE ALARMS (BY LAW ON HMO PROPERTY) EVERY 6 MONTHS.
SECURITY RISK ON FRONT DOOR. REFUSE TO REPAIR, EVEN THOUGH HAVE DEMONSTRATED HOW EASY TO OPEN DOOR.
HAVE BEEN BURGLED. FLAT 2. PROPERTY FROM FLAT & BICYCLE STOLEN.
& MANY MANY MORE PROBLEMS SINCE METROPOLE PROPERTIES HAVE TAKEN OVER NEARLY 2 YEARS AGO.
OTHER 5 FLATS ALSO HAVE VARIOUS PROBLEMS.
METROPOLE ARE NOT INTERESTED!!!!

Be careful of this agent, the will appear to you at first to be agents from heaven then when you sign a contract with them they will show you their true colours, very ugly horrible and depressing, I am a landlord and will never trust an agent again because of metropole property cowboys. Good ridden
