I rented my flat via KFH and it’s currently managed by KFH as well. Therefore, I believe I have a lot of data to share about them. Before signing a contract, everything is great. They are on time, reply to emails and are genuinely nice. After signing the contract, they don’t have time for you any more. They don’t reply to emails or reply in two weeks claiming that they are very busy. I am not able to get a reply to my questions from the property manager and it has been more than 3 weeks now.

I had been searching for months, but Innes called me up with a new letting that had just gone on the market that morning, knowing it fit my search criteria. I viewed the flat a few hours later and he helped me put in an offer and settle into the perfect flat for me.

Never make any deals with them Me and my girlfriend lived in NW1 1TY, London in a shared flat with a few more other tenants. We had not only given security deposits which were supposed to be refunded but also paid advance rents for three months. However, everyone in the flat was suddenly asked to leave with one months notice. We all moved out but as promised we never received our security deposit which was refundable and the excess rent we were paying in advance. owes us £2700 and despite numerous visits and emails they have not made any attempt to return us our money. They dont respond to any emails and keep delaying any fruitful conversations by excuses like, "oh our system is down" or some other totally made up excuse. Being students this put a huge financial burden on us to the extent that we could not afford meals and alternative housing just before the exams in March 2015. They are the worst agency you can imagine. We have all the documented proof of our excess payments and security deposit. We are finally taking legal action against them for cheating and harassing us. 1

Jamal has helped us tremendously and we ended up signing a tenancy agreement after 3 days... Jamal is an example for his colleagues. However I am very disappointed because foxtons lied to me about the quality they wish to represent. My new flat was full of stuff of the previous tenant( including old correspondence, dead plants, dust and dirt, general mess) when they promised it will be prepared for my move in. They were meant to make sure that the apartment is clean and that I can live in it. Instead I was given an apartment with old dirt and no one bothered to check it. Jamal has done a great job and gave me a great deal but the second part is just disrespectful.
