This was where I rented for the first time with an agency. They were easy to communicate with, no strange policies, overall great to rent from, absolutely no problems whatsoever. All things considered, for the location and amount of bills included they had a great offer.
If you're looking to rent in this area I highly recommend you consider this agency since they are very easy to work with.

As a foreign student, I leased a flat from them, along with another student, for more than a year. During all this time, they provided to us an excellent and very professional service. There was always good communication with the team and willingness to help us solve any problem we could face (contract negotiation, term extension, water and electricity services, internet, council tax, repairs, etc.). I would definitely lease with them again. Widely recommended.
