I would highly recommend Prime Doors. We recently completed an entire new build and purchased all internal doors and ironmongery from them including front door. They measured and fitted everything to a high standard and although a couple of items arrived damaged they were replaced immediately. Had a couple of problems with doors dropping which I'm told is natural and they came to readjust.

I have been in the building trade for years and would recommend you avoid this co. like the plague. My doors have been returned to the factory 3 times due to their incompetence whilst the owner takes no responsibility for his mistakes resorting to him verbally abusing me over the phone (swearing, insulting, etc.). Door quality is also poor with dents and chips all over them. Main issue is that Co. do not take responsibility once the doors enter the property and if there is any damage they blame the client (when it is obvious the fitter/transportation caused them).
To make matters worse they have made so many mistakes that they have refused to rectify the issues and have washed their hands of my job. Good business ethic considering I have paid 100% of the job upfront!!
If you use this Co. you deserve the issues they will give you.

Very happy with our external door and glass panel. We get no end of compliments on how lovely the door looks and how solid it feels. We had the door and panel made to measure and sizing was exact. Extremely happy with service and end product. Thank you!

Just to say a big thanks to Prime Doors for all the work they have done to complete my home. Having recently undergone a very large renovation, I decided to order all my internal doors and front door with Prime Doors. Amounting to over 20 doors they didn't fail to deliver. I am a very particular individual who pays great attention to detail and the owners, Ben and Stephanie, were simply brilliant throughout the process. Ordered, delivered and installed as promised. Always available by phone or email and prompt in all responses,
The doors look fantastic, my external door was oversized and complex to deliver and install but Ben went through great lengths to ensure it was completed to exacting standards.The number of people who have commented on my doors has proven it was the right choice!
Do not hesitate to visit Prime Doors.

I bought doors for my newly refurbished house from Prime Doors. I received an extremely good service both before and during the fitting of the doors. I found the staff to be very helpful and informative, they were able to answer all my questions and gave me good design advice. I received the doors quickly and was very satisfied with the quality and their service throughout. I would highly recommend this company.
