If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs if you are a landlord. They use threatening behavior to try and keep your business. Love the fake reviews below as well :)

Link Estates were very quick to respond to my request for a viewing of one of their properties. They answered all calls and responded to my questions very quickly. I accepted the flat and it was clean and well presented upon entry. I was also gifted with a welcome pack which included wine, snacks, sanitiser and cleaning products.

We let 3 bedrooms house to them . They left the property in very bad conditions. All the furniture we gave to them was broken , Shower screen was broken and they did not pay three months rent . As a landlord i would advise not to let any property to them. There was no deposit so we could not recover any cost. very unprofessional team , One of the senior team member use the same phrase most of time " Do whatever you like to do "
A company with poor ethics.
Landlords - Please do your research before renting properties with Link-Estate.

Terrible customer service . General manager ANNA is not qualified to deal with customers , shouts over you on the phone , puts the phone down on your face and does not sort out maintenance issues for 5 months in a row . The word experience , I feel neglected . Very very very disappointed.

These people doesn't deserve even a star for the poor quality of their services.
They are very unprofessional and very rude on the phone in special that girl Anna.
I do not recommend these people to work with under no circumstances.

Awful. This is the first landlord I have had since student accommodations at university and it’s been a terrible experience. You receive no correspondence back from emails or enquiries you provide, and when you want to raise a complaint about a noisy inconsiderate neighbour they completely ignore you. Hey also like to conduct flat inspections without the proper notice period but claim they served notice via post. I have also had parcels stolen at the property whereby someone has signed for it and not returned it. Again, link estates did absolutely nothing to help. Save your money and don’t go choose any properties that link estates manage. They’re only in it for the money and couldn’t care less about the tenants, at least this is the case in Birmingham.
