I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with.
I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested.
From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process.
After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

I was looking for a property in South Ealing, I found one near South Ealing Station. The local estate agent Home Search were very professional.
I had a problem with my mortgage broker who was taking to long and asking question after question, The back and forth was taking forever.
Michael was very patient and guided me to another broker who sorted out the mortgage in a very short time.
We have now exchanged and I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend this estate agent.
They have a wealth of knowledge that will make buying and selling of property a less stressful experience.

Homesearch is a very professional agency. They're extremely reliable and knowledgeable. We tried selling our property with a few other local agencies however we were unsuccessful. We nearly gave up.
But as soon as Homesearch stepped in, they were able to swiftly sell our property.

We highly recommend using Homesearch and cannot say enough great things about the service we received. After wasting 12 weeks of our time with another estate agent, we approached Homesearch and from day 1 they did exactly what they said they would do and have been consistent throughout. We dealt with Michael, Andrew and Sarah. We can honestly say that they were always responsive and friendly, and Michael in particular went way above and way beyond his role to not only sell our place within 3 days but also when our chain was delaying and we needed help and advice, he would always take our calls and help out wherever possible. Unlike other agencies, we really felt that Homesearch genuinely cared and they alleviated much of the stress during this whole process. We have only ever found the staff helpful, friendly and professional. We have already recommended Homesearch to our friends and family and would not hesitate to use their services again. Was very impressed with Homesearch's performance selling our 2 bed flat in South Ealing.
Prior to reaching out to Andrew and the team, we were with another Ealing high street agent. Looking back, it is obvious that previous agent had very little motivation towards trying to sell our flat. We barely had any viewings, despite repeatedly lowering the price. Given the pandemic, perhaps they felt it was a lost cause or that other properties would sell better?
In our first meeting with Andrew, his words were "companies don't sell houses. People do." As it turned out, this is highly accurate. Additionally, he was very straight about the implication of switching agents ("What happens if offers are received at this point" scenarios). What to expect from the current agent etc. As a result, we went into the switch with high confidence about the potential implications.
Within a week and a half we had a queue outside the house of viewers - more people than the previous agent had managed over 3 months. All were there on the same day so it made it very each for us. This was extra work for Homesearch to man this but clearly paid off. On the back of that weekend open house, we received a good offer which we accepted.
After the sale, the team were very supportive in keeping the process moving. One of the key benefits was Andrew helping us to understand the paperwork that the seller needs to complete. Additionally, he was able to keep the bottlenecks in the process moving. The end result being that even within the pandemic and the flat being a leasehold, the sales process was completed within 2 months
Would highly recommend Homesearch as an agent if you are looking to sell. If you are with an under-performing agent as we were, i would highly recommend switching to Homesearch. We were very surprised and pleased with the results.

I'll just put it out there so everyone can avoid the same mistake we made. A genuine review from a students perspective.
We moved into a house which homesearch was marketing. It's been a nightmare all along. Completely give away all responsibility, ignorant, rude, inconclusive, genuinely inconsiderate with the people living in their properties.
Our property was completely full of mold after 2-3 months of living there, and they were just so incredibly helpless.
Michael, Zainab and Maria were the ones in contact at the time, genuinely just the most frustrating tenancy agents.

AVOID AVOID HOMESEARCH! They will lie to you. Promise whatever you want to hear then not keep any of them. It's been almost 2 months now and still haven't received my deposit. If you made a mistake and signed with them. DO NOT pay them last month cause they will not give you your deposit back. Bunch of liars and thieves.

I advertised my property with them and the owner kept lying to convince me to have with advertised with them. For three months! and yet no offers nor viewings. I had to approach different reputable agent and gladly they managed to get the job done within a week and tenants moved in asap.

Beware of this agency, bunch of scammers filled with lies They will ripp you off. The director is a con artist. Please DO NOT USE THEM and stay away. I used to deal with this agency in the past and they caused me alot of trouble .. do not believe their positive reviews here because it is all fake (I'm 100% sure)

Maria was absolutely brilliant. She was helpful, efficient and friendly but still always the ultimate professional. Emails and phone messages were answered promptly, often outside what you would normally regard as working hours and nothing was too much trouble for her. In the end we thought of her as much a friend as an Agent. We can't praise Homesearch enough if all their staff are of this quality. Brilliant, fantastic, thank you!

Homesearch helped us move into our new flat smoothly and Tim was always happy to provide help to put our nerves at ease. Arranging a viewing was easy and Homesearch were happy to open after hours for us to sign the paperwork. While sometimes a lack of communication between agency and landlord led to minor confusion, both parties were very helpful and often both would offer to help! Having moved in we received a lovely card and they have always been swift in communicating with us if we have any questions. Would recommend.

I had a very difficult situation as I did not have a guarantor and my dad was earning enough but was not a homeowner. Mislesding company. Michael the manager will do anything to grab a penny. Even fitting in a false kitchen in one property to deceive a surveyor (fact). The management gain clients by lying and behaving like what they are not. The company does not care about you once you have rented or bought a property they’re only in it for the numbers not customer satisfaction. Landlords are not happy with the way they are constantly called as well as previous clients. These so called ‘landlords’ and established companies have not been with the company for 20 years as the company has been on and off for many years as you will be able to see on company house. Management do not know what they are doing themselves - very rude and not genuine at all. The office is rarely open or opens late and closes early. With one member of staff only? Not sure how established that makes the company. Nobody would be envious of such a company as there is no quality service. Pro’s? Nice looking office (because all management are capable of is mopping and hoovering). Con’s? Everything else. 0 STARS! Can’t post unless you click one star at least unfortunately.

Awful organisation and communication - After viewing one of their rented properties, I wanted to get the paperwork sorted straight away, (the house was perfect for me) but it turned out the house wasn't even ready to be lived in yet. After 4 months of waiting, calling and getting ignored, I finally decided to give up and signed a contract for another house.
Overall, terrible staff to communicate with, and a badly organised system; if a house isn't ready to be on the market, don't arrange viewings and promise potential tenants that you'll 'be in touch' when you won't.
