My experience with Liz Milsom has been brilliant. They have been really efficient whilst still being friendly and very kind. Communication has been great and they have done nearly all of my viewings.I ended up having to reduce the price of my property but that was due to a market decline in house prices locally. Their fees are really good value. I would 100% recommend the company. Thank you Donna, Ellie, Liz and Gary.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The Valuation of the property was spot on and the after service provided by Donna was second to none. Always available to speak to and responded quickly to queries through email. Didn't need to ring my solicitor as the up-dates provided by the Office were on point so saved me time whilst working. Excellent 10/10 and would use again. Fees were competitive against other Agents too.

Sold my property on Castleton Park, Church Gresley in 2-days. Not the easiest to sell but Liz’s knowledge along with Donna chasing the solicitors and giving weekly updates was excellent. Always happy to take calls and responded quickly to emails. Great to talk to Liz on Sundays when other Agents are closed. Value for money. Highly recommend if you want an all round service.
