Imagine how horrified we are today to find that our daughter and granddaughter are homeless after John German informed us 15 hours before the arranged moving time that the property my daughter was due to rent was being taken off the rental market by the landlord and being placed on the sales market instead. This after being assured that all was well and her arranging completion dates around their advice to move out of her sold property. They have shown no sensitivity or concern. Moving house is the most stressful thing you will ever do. We was faced by reluctancey and was not felt to be a good process. They were happy when we were looking but when we found the one and put a offer on it they told the sellers in these exact words “he is not a serious buyer we will get more if you keep the viewings” this to me means we want a biding war. then when we went to colect the keys i was shocked by being told “please leave us a review on google and make it a 5 star” is this how you get all of your 5 stars?.
