ive been thinking of moving for several years but never understood how to make the first step. I finally plucked up the courage and booked for Jo to value my house. She was very professional and instantly put my mind at rest. Now my house is on the market the whole team are a delight, the can't do enough for me and I feel like they genuinely care about my move. Thank you all for your hard work and i look forward to an undoubted successful sale.
Appaling customer service. They ignore emails and refuse to admit making a huge mistake with the tenancy paperwork. From a renters point of view I would completley avoid these people unless you want to end up seriously out of pocket. Complaints procedure has taken over 4 months so far
We were about to withraw our portfolio from Your Move as we had a terrible experence with them last year. However I was contacted by Francisco to discuss the problems we had experienced, he introduced us to Hannah and Abbie. We have found all three of them to be top notch and as long as they are working in that office we are happy to leave the portfolio in their capable hands.
Constantly stressing us out by putting the property back onto the open market ‘as the landlord has requested’ which is not true as I have checked with the landlord. Only respond to emails when they want to. Never called back when I left a message. Witnessed when I was in their office how they never take any responsibility and blame other colleagues when they make a mistake. Ridiculously unhelpful and unprofessional.
The whole team at Knights are professional yet personal and we would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property.
We had an offer of the asking price in 4 days after previously trying to sell with 2 different agents. We had issues with our chain before exchange but Jamie’s proactivity kept the chain moving from start to finish. The communication and dedication throughout the whole process was so impressive that we were reassured when at times the chain looked as though it was going to Fall apart.
Our thanks especially to Jamie and Jon, without them and the team we wouldn’t now be in our new dream home.
I was very pleased with Knights Property for the professionalism and speed with which they were able to find buyers for our property.
They came over as soon as we called them for a professional and detailed evaluation, which was very close to what we thought, and put the property on the market within few days.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the administration of the sale was not brilliant; I have to admit that many issues we had were out of their control, but I felt sometimes that not much care was taken during the process and this contributed to delay the completion of the sale.
Overall, we had a good service.
I had recently posted a 1 star review about this company but they got in touch with me and completely fixed the issue. Things go wrong in all companies so the real test is how they put stuff right when it does. Well done.
Was just told on the phone, that they were out of my league! Then he hung up, all because I questioned the 5% selling fee. However, after the company reading the review, they called me up and apologised. Well done! Apology accepted!
