We have just moved into our first flat together and achieved this through Seymours! Such a great team, so organised and helpful whatever system they have operating is amazing!! Especially as we are new renters who have been pretty anxious during this process. All was made clear and easy, couldn’t recommend using this estate agent enough if you are looking to rent in the area!! Big shout out to Kirsty and Helen!! Thankyou both!

Amazing professional service was received from the team at the Staines Seymour’s. It was my first time buying a house on my own and needless to say that I was concerned and confused about the process but Gary and Alan have quickly put me at ease. With their patient approach and a very strong knowledge of the process my purchase was a smooth success and I would recommend this agency to anyone. Thank you Alan & Gary!

In a nutshell:
We are just about to complete on our house move, with both the sale and purchase being managed by Seymours, and they have been just fantastic in all respects. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!
The long version:
We found the house we are buying first and were able to view it twice with both Mark C and Gary W being very generous with their time and very patient with our queries. Having decided to go for it we then asked Seymours to sell our house. They got it to market in no time - we instructed them on a Tuesday, two agents came to view the house on Wed, photos were taken on Thurs, it was on RightMove by Fri morning, we had 3 viewings on the Saturday and 2 offers by the Monday. We were seriously impressed and very grateful. Both Mark and Gary were then very helpful at negotiating with our purchasers and our sellers with regards to offers - the communication was excellent and I will never forget Mark's call telling us that our offer had been accepted :)
Throughout all of this Billy M gave excellent, professional and very efficient admin support which helped make the process stress-free and easy to follow.
Once the conveyancing process started with solicitors our contact for the sale progression was Alan H who has been equally excellent. Top notch communication, keeping us in the loop throughout with what was happening with everyone in the chain, and he helped keep me calm when there was a stressful last minute delay to exchange of contracts. It has been a pleasure working with him.
Everyone we have spoken to at Seymours has been friendly, professional, helpful and communicative - and they do what they say they are going to do, we have not had to chase or follow up at any point.
A HUGE thank you from us for making this process as seamless as possible! :o)

I just want to say a massive thank you to all at Seymour in stains starting out from Mark coming round to valuing our place to Billy Gary and Sahil doing the viewings and sales memos to Alan progressing the sale all the way through to exchange and completion I can’t fault anyone at Seymour‘s they’ve been extremely professional and friendly the whole way through and I couldn’t recommend them enough

The support from Seymours has been invaluable to the Friends of the Hythe Community School PTA. The advertising boards for our Summer Fair helped increase attendance which, together with the donation of a cash prize for the summer raffle, contributed to a bumper summer of fundraising. The hi-vis vests donated by Seymours have improved the visibility of volunteers at all our events which has helped them run smoothly. All funds raised by our PTA go directly to support activities and resources for children at the school and we are very grateful for Seymours' support. Mark, Helen, Billy and the team are great to work with and really committed to improving life in the wider local community - far more than just an estate agent.

Mark, Helen, Billy and the team at Seymours in Staines have gone above and beyond to support Clarendon Primary School and in turn its pupils year. Their kind donations have made a massive boost to our funds to purchase much needed equipment, for which we are truly grateful. They are a warm, helpful, friendly team.
