Communication was quite poor, until I complained then it improved.
I do now have a sale although the asking price was not what I wanted. Lots of viewings but not turned into offers. However the housing market has gone flat.

My experience with GB Estate Agents was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After making an offer on a property, there was a clear lack of communication and transparency from the estate agent, in particular William.
Despite repeated assurances that he would "come back to us" and that we could expect an answer shortly, it became evident that William was being dishonest. My cousin, who resides next door to the property, informed me that the sellers had accepted another offer two weeks prior.
It appears that William deliberately avoided our calls and instructed staff to claim he was unavailable, rather than providing an honest update on the situation. This level of evasiveness and lack of candour is unacceptable in any professional service industry.
As a real estate professional, William had an obligation to represent our interests as buyers faithfully and diligently. However, his actions, or lack thereof, suggest he likely failed to even present our offer to the sellers, depriving us of a fair opportunity. No buyer should be subjected to such disregard for their interests and deliberate deception.
Until this day we have not received any communication from William telling us that the property has been sold.

Tom in particular took his time to put me at ease with everything that came across and made this process so easy and truly enjoyable for us. Everything went smoothly and very quick

Selling my mums flat was made easy by Gregory Brown estate agents in Staines. They were friendly, yet professional, provided good pictures of the home and handled the sale well. The only downside was the time taken for the buyers to obtain their mortgage. Staff were always available to answer our questions during the process.

I highly recommend Tom and his staff at Gregory Brown, they helped me complete a sale of property.
They were professional and their customer service was second to none. Tom kept on top of the communications between the buyers, solicitors and myself.
Viewings were handled by the team which helped me immensely.
The team offered excellent advice from the beginning, e.g. presentation of the property, they provided an excellent portfolio of the property and were honest in their approach to the sale and the current house market issues.
Their perseverance throughout the process helped the property to be sold in a timely manner.
I wish to thank Tom and his team for their help and advice throughout the process as it had been a long time since I was involved in moving house.
