   Dealing with Stirling Ackroyd was a let down. What's promised on the phone doesn't match what's emailed, causing unnecessary confusion. Their agents lack basic courtesy and professionalism, resorting to arrogance instead. Beware of their underhanded tactics to inflate prices.     Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?... Read more
