Worst experience ever. Poor communication, Office is always closed, no answer to calls, emails or text messages. Never, ever trust them. Never pay them any money in advance, otherwise you have to run after your money for days! Don’t trust their promises, unless you speak personally to the landlord!

I have been living in London all my life and have had to deal with a lot of estate agents over the years and to be totally honest i have to admit there is quite a few nice ones out there however most of the estate agents me and my wife had had to deal with always come of very arrogant and pushy and just give you the impression there trying to get rid of you HOWEVER these guys at love property are just simply the best.
We come across the agency whilst walking back from brick lane and just thought we might aswell try our luck by popping in and we was amazed on how welcoming and friendly the whole team were, it genuinely felt as if we had just walked in to visit friends and family not a estate agency.
After listening to all our needs the team had found out a bundle of properties to view and without no complications we found our home we still live in today and never had a single problem since i honestly cant thank them enough.

We were told two days before move in date that the landlord decided to sell the property. Although we put a holding deposit towards the property that was supposed to guarantee negotiations. The incredibly poor communications from the estate agents on this matter was shocking. They seemed incredibly inexperienced and unable to handle such a situation. After a shoddy attempt of 'finding' another place (which did not work out) for us did not make up for the time we lost waiting for them to contact us. INCREDIBLY disappointing service - I would not recommend this place as they did not put their best foot forward to help us.

I wish that it was possible to provide a zero star review. Never in over five years of living in London have I come across a less professional agency. Poor communication, overpriced and backed out 2 days before we were supposed to move in having deliberately avoided communicating with us for days. I cannot stress enough how shocking my interaction with this agency was and do NOT recommend them, no matter how nice and reasonably priced they seem at first glance

From the moment the phone was answered until the moment I was handed my keys I have been treated in a way I am unaccustomed too with the way things are today. I genuinely feel that the reputation of "love London property" was always the priority with whomever I dealt with at the company. I always felt a genuine desire from the staff to be as helpful as they possibly could.
I have purchased and sold through love London property on several occasions now and I give a full and unconditional positive 5 star review.
