Terrible agents. Unorganized, rude and unhelpful. During our tenancy they tried to charge for all sort of tenancy renewal fees and provided no help at all when dealing with the Landlord. I get that they didn't manage the property, but they are not even ensuring their landlords place the tenant's deposit under a protection scheme! No inventory done either and to be honest I'm surprised they're still allowed to operate. Avoid unless you're looking to deal with a bunch of amateurs and crooks... Read more
