We were looking for our new flat and Mr Mommin Miah was absolutely amazing and professional

Do Not Rent they will leave you Homeless

I have a very bad experience just now with them I rented a property in mid May of 2020 on the pandemic and I was very happy after paying and referencing we signed the contract on the 20th of May. The start of tenancy started on 15th of June, but on the 12 of June the manager called and said there was a leak at the property and we couldn’t move in straight away we had to wait a couple of days. On Monday since no one called or emailed I called and found out that they don’t have any answers. Every day since I’ve called and they didn’t pick up, couldn’t help and eventually after 5 days mr. Liam spoke to us and said someone will call, no supprise when no one called at the end of business day on Friday we called again and property management and they said we should stop calling because someone will call us. Of course nobody called and we ended up waiting until Monday , that when it happened: we called Property Management and spoke to Them and he said that our contract it’s cancelled and there’s nothing we can do about it and that it was cancelled last week, of course even without emailing us or anything and that the refund was on it’s way. I called The agent and spoke to her she was very evasive and when I asked about proof of the cancellation of contract and everything she said yes but never actually sent me anything i also spoke to the Manager and he said that Foxtons is refusing to rent properties to me and my friend with no explanation. When i asked the reason i was told that they can not provide it.

Please let my experience help others not go through the same experience.

This review started as a 5 star review after I was asked to post a review by the Foxtons agent as soon as we closed on our apartment rental agreement. We were looking for an apartment during the London off season and were able to view properties in a short time. We worked with Shanice, Tim and a few other folks at Foxtons and they treated us kindly, helped find something that exactly fit our requirements. However, that was were all the niceties ended. Looking back (it's been 6 months now), as soon as we paid the first check for our apartment, we stopped getting responses to our emails, we were treated badly. The sales team is very different from the management team and they don't care about our experience after a sale has been made. We came home to an apartment that was not properly cleaned and had a ton of trash furniture dumped in the unit, without consulting us. Before signing the lease, we requested certain furniture items be replaced. Not only were all our requests ignored, we had to deal with a rude team over 2 weeks. I have never wasted so much time in my life trying to fix something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Since then, we have had issues with the apartment and the response time is anywhere between weeks to months. I still have unresolved issues in my apartment - for example, the air conditioning hasn't worked all summer. I wouldn't recommend using Foxtons ever and I sure am not going to go to Foxtons when I need to rent or buy an apartment next time.

My experience with Foxtons has been absolutely top level. Helen Biggs was my agent and her service was extraordinary. Couldn't recommend her or this service more. Definitely choose foxtons.

Shanice-Chanel Hall helped us throughout the process to make sure it was as smooth and as stress free as possible. We had been searching for a while for the right property and Shanice-Chanel called us as soon as something came up that fitted our criteria. She remained professional and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend both Foxtons Shoreditch and Shanice-Chanel

My family and I were looking for an apartment in East London. We worked with Frieda who was very kind and made us able to close the deal very quickly. I highly recommend her work.

After 4 weeks of tirelessly searching for apartments in London, we came across one of Foxtons' apartments. That same day, Shanice showed us the apartment and we fell in love with it. Within a week we had all the documents signed and we were able to move in. We could not be more happy - thank you Shanice, thank you Foxtons!

Bought a house through Gary from Foxtons. Being a first time buyer Gary was always very responsive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was very good at pointing me in the right direction when there was something on my end to complete to keep the process moving. In all the process was very smooth with the purchase taking just a couple of months tops to go through. Would highly recommend

We have just completed the sale of our flat through Foxtons Ealing, and we were exceptionally fortunate we had the team of Adam O’Leary, Gary Runnalls, and Tony Ikeji on the team. First and foremost, Tony was incredible at showing the flat to viewers during what was a difficult economic period….always passionate, always persevering, extremely friendly, diligent and motivated. On top of that Tony was an extremely personal chap who genuinely took and interest in our families life and needs. We cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work. Secondly, the Covid era made the sale even more difficult and we have to say a massive thank you to the hard work for Adam for keeping the deal alive and moving. Similar to Tony, Adam was extremely personable and took a genuine interested in our lives and the need to move. Foxtons did what they said they would do – bring viewers in and sell the property – the bonus was the incredible, friendly, and professional team we met and their hard work. I highly recommend Foxtons Ealing if you are considering selling your property.
