My daughter and her friend rented a property from Greenlands. It was a new build apartment and there were several issues regarding the registration of new utility suppliers and water pressure.
Will Khan and his colleague were very patient and understanding throughout and helped resolve all the issues. Would happily recommend!

10/10 would recommend! Almost gave up in trying to find a good estate agents until I came across Greenlands! Highly recommend Greenlands if you are looking for a new home to buy or rent. Staff are always readily available to help and the service provided by the firm is great.

"Landlords beware" I gave my flat to find tenants instead they passed my property to others agent who were marketing my property to let on a room by room basis. If I wanted that I would have gone directly to them and not pay commission for that.

I recently vacated a property that I was renting via Greenlands. Even though they were not managing the property, they were extremely helpful and professional with any queries and issues I bought to their attention. My deposit was returned extremely quickly.
Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a easy letting experience!

This is the first time I have ever rented a property. I can say that I have been extremely lucky in finding a such a good letting agent. From the initial inquiry and supporting with the application procedure to moving into the property Greenlands have been very competent. All of the staff are friendly and professional in what they do. The property that we have moved into with them is in excellent condition and they have communicated our needs to the Landlord without any issues. Would definitely recommended!

Terrible agents. Unorganized, rude and unhelpful. During our tenancy they tried to charge for all sort of tenancy renewal fees and provided no help at all when dealing with the Landlord.
I get that they didn't manage the property, but they are not even ensuring their landlords place the tenant's deposit under a protection scheme! No inventory done either and to be honest I'm surprised they're still allowed to operate.
Avoid unless you're looking to deal with a bunch of amateurs and crooks

I am using Greenlands as management company for my three properties in around Shoreditch and Bethnal Green area since last 10 years and have no issued with them. My properties always been let and hardly had any void period since I am using Greenlands. If any maintenance issue arise Greenlands fix the problem straight away and inform me on time and provide invoices if required. My rent always paid into my account on time and I can’t remember to remind them at any time. I am very pleased to using Greenlands as management company and advise any one who’s thinking to let there property can fully trust on Greenlands.

Absolute con artists! charged over £2000 in 'maintenance' for one year but could not advise as to what had been repaired or provide a single invoice. Months later they are either dodging me or saying they are waiting for the accountant to find the invoices which probably don't exist. Landlords and tenants stay well clear of these guys!

Absolutely terrible estate agents, the worst I have ever had renting in London, which I have done for over 6 years now. I rented a property through this estate agents for 3 years and they are truly awful. I could write an essay about how terrible they are but will save time and highlight the worst.
After renewing our tenancy for the second year, they attempted to charge myself over £400 JUST to renew the contract. Same people, same property, only change to the contract would be the rent paid. They expected £400 for about 3 minutes of work. Laughable.
Upon moving out of the property they tried to cheat us out of our deposit. They never had the money protected in a security deposit scheme (which is the law btw) and the landlord would refuse to even reply to our emails. They refused any accountability at all in this matter and it was only until I threatened to take them to court that they eventually paid us back in full.
These guys are disorganised, dishonest and absolutely useless if you are a renter.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My partner and I rented a place through Greenlands for 1 year.
Greenlands was a great agency at the beginning of our lease, and very helpful with any query we had. However, towards the end of our lease (January 2016), the organisation within Greenlands' team became very disorganized and we'd receive multiple emails from different people asking the same things, in a very pushy manner.
By the time we moved out, it was almost impossible to talk to them. We'd ask one thing, and be referred to someone else who'd never get back to us. A week later, we'd receive another email asking why we didn't do x, y, z yet. And so on.
In short, we were glad once all ties were cut. I hope that things get better within the team, it really was a pleasant agency at the start.

Disorganised, unresponsive, unaccountable and unapologetic.
I arranged on two occasions to view a property and on both occasions was let down by the agent due to access to the property not being correctly arranged.
I had thought this must be an isolated incident but another prospective tenant was waiting outside the property and relayed that this had occurred multiple to her and her friends too. There is also another review below (Sarah Anderson) who appears to have a similar experience!
What I found most disappointing was the agents inability to take responsibility for this repeated failure. All I received was a text message (at the time we were due to be viewing the property) saying that the viewing had been cancelled.
No apology and no attempt to even reschedule it.
I would hate to be in the landlords position where prospective tenants are being put off in this way.

VERY VERY HAPPY!!!!!! I have just vacated a property I had rented through Greenlands and had a lovely check-out.
I received my deposit in full and can look forward to 3 months holiday in Spain.
I found their fees higher then other agents, but their service throughout was excellent.
I will be contacting them again in the new year for my new flat.
