I've just sold a flat just off Brick Lane. Rory and the team were excellent, worked hard to line up plenty of viewings and we ended with multiple competing bids and successful completion. I used Winkworths when I bought this flat in 2006 and they were excellent then as well. I strongly recommend this firm.

We appointed Rory Willmott at Winkworths in Shoreditch to market our London flat. We found Winkworths to be both flexible and very efficient from the start. The property was marketed quickly, at a good (and realistic) price, and we secured a rapid sale. Rory also proved to be extremely helpful in pushing forward the sale process and dealing with our buyer's concerns when faced with chain-related delays. We were extremely happy with the helpful and courteous service, and speed of response, and would use them again.

This is my second year renting through Holly @ Winkworths. My first year, Holly managed the viewings perfectly and through great mediating, my flat was rented in 24 hours. This year, even though the market is harder due to Brexit (amongst other various nationwide issues), has negotiated fair and speedy terms for me to have a wonderful tenant in a matter of days. I am with Winkworths for both agency and property management services and could not be happier. The whole team and especially Holly have been great.

I interviewed with the manager there and he was very strange and awkward with no communication skills? He said I was not right for the role when I have over 6 years of international sales experience. In general the estate agencies are now disgusting me and a waste of time.

Booked in to view 2 properties. Got a text from Holly (didn't even have the decency to call me) when I was on my way, having left work early, to say they were unable to gain access to either of the properties. She was barely apologetic and her general tone made it seem like she didn't really care about how much of an inconvenience it was for me. I asked her to find out when she would be able to gain access and let me know so we could reschedule. It's been a week and I haven't hear from her. If you want my advice save your effort and avoid.
