I had a great experience purchasing a flat recently with Winkworth Shoreditch. It took just 6 weeks from when my offer was accepted until completion as there was no chain for either party. Daniel Mitchell was always friendly, helpful and prompt to reply. Overall very happy with the whole process, would definitely recommend.

Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Rude, confusing, minimal communication, with non-stop problems. A ridiculous amount of problems with the property, and there was (and still is) no incentive for the real estate employees to fix the problems. I would never recommend anybody using them to find property.

I flew from Hong Kong to view a property, offered, agreed the purchase, and was completed within 12 weeks, the fastest transaction I have made. Rory and sales team were professional, fast and helped overcome a bumps along the way. James and the letting team also managed to let the property within 48 hours of completion of the sale, at the full asking price. The best agency experience I have had to date.

Winkworth have been excellent in helping me sell my property. Good communication throughout the process, it felt like they (Rory and Simon) made it their priority to get my property sold. Am very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Not a fan of estate agents BUT Winkworth @ Willesden Green is a different story. Raph Charles really is the best. He is honest, professional and will ensure you are looked after. And when Raph is not around Maddi and Kevin continue the good service.

This firm is by far the best in St Albans. Having bought and sold through them (and having had a terrible experience with a competitor - WHBrown) it was like night and day. Martin and his team are a credit to Winkworth, his local knowledge is invaluable. If you are considering buying or selling, especially if your property is period, don't consider anyone else.
