Marsh and Parsons handled the sale of two properties for us in the summer of 2015. A one bedroom flat which was my mothers and our own house in Mortlake. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly and were on the case right from the start. They constantly up dated us with the progress of the sales and prospective purchasers were shown around with virtually no disruption to ourselves. When things start to go wrong the professional thing to do would be to inform people not hide. Messages not returned, the manager was always out even though once I rang from standing outside and could see him sitting at the back desk. Their lies and unprofessionalism cost me a lot of time and money. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
