I have been very impressed by their professionalism and help over the whole period. I was kept updated and advised very well and felt they had really listened and understood what i was looking for. They only contacted me or emailed me when they had a suitable house and this was a pleasant change from other agents that inundate your inbox! I would highly recommend their services.

    I cannot praise David, Harry, Paul and the team at M + P East Sheen highly enough for the remarkable job that they did for me in selling my house and securing the one I wanted. They did everything they said they could and in fact their service exceeded my expectations. When I approached them it was with an almost impossible request: put my house on the market and sell it fast as I’ve found the one I want but it’s already under offer with 2 buyers! Incredibly they had a steady stream of potential applicants viewing my house right from day one and managed to secure a sale within 3 weeks with 3 offers in the third week. Throughout, the agents always let me know in advance how many viewings I’d have the next day, and at what time, and checked that they were convenient. They are absolutely professional, diplomatic, thoughtful, pleasant and give good feedback daily. I know my instinct was right to employ them and I’m pretty sure that if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have secured the house I have now exchanged on. M + P Sheen’s other clever strategy is to work closely with their offices in Richmond and Barnes too (thank you David S for all your work!) - and each negotiator in those 2 offices also views the property they are offering so they are familiar with it - to increase the possibility of finding a buyer in those overlap areas.     Marsh and Parsons handled the sale of two properties for us in the summer of 2015. A one bedroom flat which was my mothers and our own house in Mortlake. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly and were on the case right from the start. They constantly up dated us with the progress of the sales and prospective purchasers were shown around with virtually no disruption to ourselves.     The worst agency ever, please stay clear of this one....they have a fraud scheme they use on their clients. I saw a place I like (36, green Street, Gillingham), paid £390 for referencing fee and agents fee, and also to keep the house off the market for 4 weeks. Normally reference shouldn't cost more than £80 maximum for two tenants and it's takes 48hrs. 10days after I made the payment another agency was advertising the same house and booking viewings and taking deposit, I know for fact because I booked to view the property with the other agency and they were willing to take another referencing and agency fee to hold the house, turns out they have the key to the property and your move no longer have priority on the property but instead of telling the tenant that, they stall and the referencing company takes almost two weeks to confirm employment details so they don't have to return your money. They had my manager waiting on phone calls that never came and when they do call it's on a Saturday ( who calls a business on a Saturday to confirm employment details) so they can say no one answer when they called, they also claim my wife's HR refuse to give a reference for her employment even thou the hr contacted my wife saying they've confirm her employment details for a house and she has the email to prove it... Then the agency turn around to say things like they didn't put the house on the market the agreement hasn't been breach but to do that you still need to have the key to the house or an access to the property which they don't the landlord as decided to use another agency, the landlord claim they take too long which he is right, They took my money stall for 3weeks and I was homeless my wife and I had a serious misunderstanding and the stress we went through whilst she was 3 months pregnant almost cause serious distress. I finally use a private landlord reference cost ££60 for 48hrs and no hassle and my employer got a phone in less than 24hrs. Your move agency couldn't do that just so they can keep £150 of my money knowing the frustration will cause me to withdraw.

    Do not bother buying /selling with Gillingham Your move ,we went to view a property today which was suppose to be an open day, my husband knocked on the door to the vendor, and was told the house had been sold a week ago . This was very embarrassing, not just to us but also the vendor as well, we was then told the open day was last Saturday . The annoying thing is we rang in the week to confirm the appointment and all was fine to go a head with the appointment and to further disappointment my husband had taken a day off work which Has resulted in a days wage LOSTED!! The staff were not very helpful and were not very apologetic.. So I do not recommended selling / buying with Your Move Gillingham with there lack of communication skills and lack of empathy. I would recommend WARDS !!!
