Ema was wonderful - so friendly and patient. It was refreshing that she actually listened to what we were after rather than pushing any property for the sake of it. I love love Thea! I would absolutely absolutely recommend her as an Estate Agent. She went above and beyond. We had such a good chat and she was very helpful and honest about all my questions as a first time potential renter! She's very good at what she does.

I’d been very lucky to have Tom Hammick of M&P Fulham branch to be our estate agents. He was so helpful, kind , patient and willing to extend his hours for me to make sure I can see the properties that I need to see. He is so passionate and considerate. he given me few properties to see in one day and in the same area. Well organised to his job for his client . He’s amazing.

Oliver was very helpful in finding tenants for my flat. He made sure he understood my requirements, kept me informed regularly during the process, was quick / proactive in answering my questions/ requests and was always available for a call / or returned my call promptly. I cannot recommend Marsh and Parsons in Barnes enough. Emma Lily Ruffoni and Rupert Osborne were a tremendous help in securing our next move, going out of their way to help us and ensuring a smooth process.
They have been a breath of fresh air compared to our old estate agent.
