I am searching for a property in leafy West London, preferably Richmond but also the Chiswick area, and have contacted a number of estate agents in the process and it is clear Marsh & Parsons, particularly Parmis in the Richmond office, stands head and shoulders above the rest. She is incredibly proactive, well mannered, understood my needs instantly and attends to them by sending me only relevant properties and information, all without that ‘wheeler dealer’ feeling I’ve felt with some other estate agents…
