Just wanted to say what a brilliant experience I had with the guys at Marsh & Parsons Chiswick….they were extremely professional, as well as incredibly polite, friendly and impeccably dressed. A special thank you to Natalie, Sorrel and Sami!! They found me a fantastic tenant and had my property rented out within a few weeks!! All round a perfect job, so can’t give a higher recommendation to anyone….will be returning again for any and all future help. Thanks again guys!!

Amazing sales skills, very communicative, very knowledgeable (we didnt ask any question without her knwoing the answer to it on every single property). I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent

Although we didn’t end up buying through this company, I’d like to highlight how helpful Edie was. She worked hard to understand our needs and show us suitable properties. She was always happy and cheerful in her demeanour and was a pleasure to interact with.
