Do not trust this agency. Like the other reviews say, incompetent and liars. Operate in bad faith, and will not respond to any emails about fixing boilers, thermostats, or anything necessary or obligated to do with the agreement and will give you a flat in the worst condition they can possibly give you.They won’t even give an inventory to sign on. They will take advantage of you in any way they can and give you a filthy property. The only email they’ve responded to is one where I asked for them to terminate the contract within the first week of moving in due to the horrible standards, and all they’ve replied with is a copy of the tenancy agreement. BUT they’ve ignored every other email about the previously mentioned thermostat, boiler issues, heavily marked walls and flooring, etc. They have no problem Presenting you a flat with uncleaned fecal matter in the toilet on the move in date. That’s the standards of marsh and parsons. I had the regretful experience of dealing with Manon in sales and Olivia the property manager.
