We were chased for papers and deposits all being requested "ASAP" and if we are not able to send them "NOW" then we would not get the flat. Having a 9 to 5 job we are not able to cater to their timelines whenever they feel they needed things done urgently. Once we handed it all our paperwork and deposits our rep disappeared. We had asked him what had happened to all the things we requested before moving in and we got 0 response. Nothing we were promised was actually actioned before we had moved in and when we asked why they said that it wasn't documented on paper and therefore they couldn't do anything about it. I wouldn't use M&Ps again!

Love our new flat! We were let down by another estate agency at the eleventh hour. The team at Bishops park helped secure us our new place in a speedy and reliable manner and we are most happy !

I am still shocked by how badly I was treated by Marsh and Parsons. They charmed me into signing with them by suggesting that they could sell my flat for £150,000 more than the other agents. Six months and over 50 viewings later - with no offer - I reduced the price and brought in another agent who got a buyer in two weeks. M&P demanded their 2.5% as they had showed the buyer the flat first. I think this is a scam just to get people to sign with them and they then troop every possible interested person through the property to get their 2.5%. The other agency did all the hard paperwork of the sale. The fact that they continued to show people through the property after I had asked them to stop and refused to give up the keys to my daughter - really upsetting her - was the icing on the cake. Dreadful.

Due to the vast turnover of staff it seems as though there is very low level of customer care and client satisfaction
