We were taken care of by Alasdair in the lettings department who was friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. The properties he showed us matched our requirements mostly, and we were able to fulfil our requirements once we chose a place and Alisdair spoke to the landlord. During the viewing process, Alisdair did a good job of showing the full range of possibilities without showing us places that were completely outside our requirements or limits. We found a property we loved, and Alisdair helped us negotiate a great agreement on the changes we required on the flat. The process of signing the agreements etc was easy, quick, and efficient. I would not recommend using Reeds Rains for selling a property after a number of issues. I went with them thinking that as they were the most expensive estate agent I would be getting a quality service. The advert for the house was great, hence the 2 stars. However, the problems started when the incorrect price went to the solicitors (despite informing Reeds Rains it was myself who had to sort this out after the solicitors wanted to charge me more). The house was sold but I am now still waiting 2 months later for my photography fee (which should have been returned to me within 28 days). I have chased them up and am still waiting. I wish now I had gone with a cheaper and more professional estate agent.

Needed to sell my house very fast as my dream home came up unexpectedly, Ashley (the Branch Manager) came to value my house, the photographs were taken within a few days and were excellent quality, the team was very professional and they sold my house in just over a week for the full asking price :-) They kept me up to date and the whole experience was 5 star! highly recommended!!!
