    I had viewings with 6 different agents from different companies - although I did not end up going with Marsh & Parsons, Alasdair was by far the most invested in listening to what I wanted and trying to find the right place for me. Would definitely recommend.

    Alasdair has been extremely friendly and forthcoming during our flat hunt. He has promptly arranged viewings and suggested some brilliant properties for us.

    We dealt with Alasdair in the lettings department who was very helpful and efficient. The properties we were able to view matched our requirements well and we found a property we really liked. We were able to negotiate a great agreement on the flat we liked and the process of signing the agreements etc was easy as you were able to sign electronically so a lot easier than having to go into branch. The fees seemed comparable to most agents although we received a discount due to our employer so appreciated being told about that. The referencing process was pretty involved (but I think that's a sign of the times and probably true for most agents) and used an outside company but it was a fast process with everything progressing quickly and good communication throughout. I cannot yet comment on the check in process or property management etc as we are yet to move but happy so far.

    Having used several agents across West London, Alasdair from Marsh & Parsons is our top choice. Sadly we didn't get our property through him, but his attention to detail and efforts in meeting our needs, even when we had very specific requests, was so far above and beyond any other agent we dealt with, a real stand out. We'll be back for our next property search!

    Bunch of liars, don't respond on phone (they ignore calls) and never do anything they say they'll do; i.e call you back or solve problems. Unreliable and seem like they don't care, always see them sitting at Delice Deli Café across the road. Happy to have moved to another rival Estate Agent. (Happy days now)
