    We rented out our property with Marsh & Parsons, Richmond for a year and went on to sell it with them, having completed the sale today. Absolutely faultless service from beginning to end and we would recommend them without hesitation. Hilary was fantastic and thanks to her we had virtually no dealings with our solicitor - she did all the chasing for us. Their fees were a little higher than the other agents who quoted for us but they secured us a higher rent than other agents valued it at and found us a buyer who paid asking price within a short space of time.
