I would like to share my recent experience with Reeds Rains on our purchase of Priory Lane SK10. James Segal and his team have provided us with excellent services.

We live in Hong Kong and we have relied on James and his team to relay our communication, via email, to the vendor and his solicitor, search and appoint suitable solicitor for us due to the complication of the conveyancing, provide insurance agent and furnishing services contacts. With the time difference between Hong Kong and UK, Rain's team has to follow up, on our behalf, with the people in UK. During the whole process, the team has kept us informed on progress.

The property is purchased for letting. Rains started looking for suitable tenants while the conveyancing was in progress. On the completion day, not only they confirmed the purchase has been completed, they also confirmed they have a possible tenant.

We are very pleased with the professional services we have received especially when they need to deal with overseas clients.

I recently rented a house in Hale through Reeds Rains Lettings in Timperley. We all know what a frustrating experience it can be with referencing etc., but Linda was truly very helpful throughout the process. I had a very long drive to get to Hale, and actually ended up arriving several hours after office hours. Linda kindly came to meet me at the property that evening, on her private time, to hand over the keys and to go through the tenancy agreement. Linda and the Reeds Rains team have always been very polite and accommodating whenever I have phoned or emailed them. I can wholeheartedly recommend them as your future lettings agency!
