Marsh & Parsons have been awesome during my search for a residence within London. We initially had quite a few individuals helping us through the process but Nic Elliot stood out for his professionalism and overall positive attitude.

Nic sat my partner and I down to gain an understanding as to what type of property we were looking for and from this he was able to help us narrow down our search. His ability to show us properties that fit our definitive (and borderline exhaustive) list of requirements has come back with an incredible success rate.

Avoid! Beware this company & if you do choose to use them read the contract very carefully and get everything in writing. They are not at all transparent & will make promises pre-lease that they do not uphold later. For example they caused considerable damage to my property during viewings and refused to take responsibility for any of it leaving me with a huge bill.
