I wax a cash buyer and I found a property that I really wanted by chance, I emailed your move on the Monday saying I wanted to buy it, no reply, Wednesday I phoned and spoke to a man who said he would get sombody to call me back, never happened, Friday I called and spoke to a woman who said I would need to view before I made an offer, which was booked in for the next Wednesday, they stood me up, Friday I had a piggy back viewing with sombody else, when I made my cash offer, heard nothing for a week, 3rd week I was told they couldn't sell to me until it had been advertised in the local paper, they forgot to publish the add, and forgot to publish the add for a second week also, I have now completed buying a house, with a different company, without any of this unprofessional activities. I won't do dusiness with you in future.

In 16 weeks we only had 3 viewings on our house and the staff were always very negative. We got one offer which was way below the asking price and after that they seemed to give up. The staff only occasionally reply to emails and they do not make requested changes to house details.
