Jack at Holroyds Baildon did a fabulous job keeping the wheels of the sale moving. One aspect of the Holroyd service I really appreciated was Jack called everyone every week (the buyer, their solicitor, my solicitors, my onward’s estate agent) and then called me to provide full rounded update, meaning I didn’t need to chase these firms myself. Sarah was the first mortgage advisor I spoke to who was friendly and approachable, and took the time to listen to all my daft first time buyer questions and found the best deal that suited my needs.
