Williams and Binch dealt with the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home quickly and efficiently. Nick and Wendy dealt with our queries and problems as soon as possible. As for Diane (Progession Manager) she was a star. She explained each part of the process to us and kept us up to date as the completion drew near. She was so kind and helpful to us oldies. Cannot praise Williams and Binch enough and would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving house.

In one word I can say Merrick Binch Estate Agents are top class. They have provided so much support right from the start of the sale process. Their honest, friendly and professional guidance throughout the process was exceptional. They so professionally handled all the sale process and also provided invaluable sales / purchasing tips.
