Living in London has been our agency for the past 3 years. Megan and Tracy have been always super helpful with anything we needed, very easy to communicate and even fixing any problem in the house the same day, Their speed in communication was incredible, as soon as we had an issue with the boiler, somoene came to fix it the same day or a couple of days after. I want to also highlight their patience during the last few weeks, they understood our special situation where our home purchase was at risk, and offer flexibility so that we could avoid worrying about our lease. The rent increases were also very reasonable in comparison to what we were seing in the market, which was helpful and progressive as our salaries. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I recomend to all my friends to use them. Thank you Tracy and Megan!

Living in London estate agents were great to work with. I viewed flats with Jacob who was super helpful and flexible, as well as patient with all my questions. Megan helped me throughout the process of putting in an offer to the landlord, up till actually getting the keys and moving into the flat. Megan was extremely knowledgable and responsive on email, and would give detailed answers to my (numerous) questions - this really helped me feel more comfortable about the entire process. Useless. Followed up a flat and never received call back. They scheduled viewing few times, never sent details. Called again because viewing was for today but they don’t do any viewings because flat is under offer. Good job you guys. What a pisstake.

The agents (Dominic) are very unprofessional, they book property viewings and do not show up. I travelled an hour to view the property but no one was there and the given contact number is not reachable. I tried calling the office number multiple times and they mentioned they will pass on the message. Very frustrating experience.

From beginning to end Living in London was an efficient, friendly, and flexible company to work with. We viewed our apartment with Alex, who was very informative and friendly, willing to get us all the information we needed. He also squeezed us into his schedule when we wanted to take measurements of the space before moving in. Once we signed the lease, Megan and her team were always available for any questions we had, usually replying within 24hours of any emails. When we decided to leave London, the estate agent (Ari) was respectful and prompt about letting us know about any viewings. Finally, our checkout was made incredibly easy as Megan worked around what worked for us! Thanks to the whole team!
Compared to some of the other agencies we saw apartments with when we moved to London who stood us up, tried to show us apartments that did not meet our criteria, and were inflexible with any requests, Living in London was refreshingly easy and friendly to work with! I would not think twice about returning to Living in London if I moved back to the city.

I had a great experience with Ghazal as my agent, she was very professional, informative and when I asked questions she did not know the answer to, she didn't try to bluff her reply but instead emailed me shortly after the viewing with the answers. I was also impressed with her personal approach and the time and effort she took to understand exactly what I was looking for. Finding a home in London can be incredibly challenging and stressful, specially when you are coming from a different country and don’t always understand the rules here. LivinginLondon exceeded all my expectations over the many years working with them. They have small but passionate team of great professionals who care about their customers with personal touch.
Over the last ten years I bought, rented and finally sold my house with them. As such I was in regular contact with sales team (George and previously Ben), branch manager (Elizabeth), property management team (Tracy, Megan), finance, administration, etc. Every one of them was attentive, supportive, fast and efficient. I felt in very safe hands from the beginning to the end of the lettings process.
This was invaluable to me as I only let one flat and have had the same tenant for 8 years, so I was out of date regarding new regulations / processes. Living in London found me great tenants quickly.
They kept me informed throughout and made everything painless. Adam, Megan, Elizabeth and Ola all gave outstanding service and advice throughout. They didn't advise I go for the first tenants who offered, but instead recommended I wait a little longer until tenants with strong credentials (if that's the word!) were interested. This demonstrated that they are not after a "quick buck", but really committed to ensuring their landlords/landladies get the right people!
Thank you for all your help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Living in London to other landlords / landladies.

Avoid at any cost. When they got money they forgot about your existence. Also extra cost at check out! They didnt check apartment before rental and I took pretty dirty flat. Service is not effective.

I was a tenant for an apartment rented through this agency for 2 years. The relationship was always very good with our landlord. However, When we were going to leave the flat the agency recommended us a key inventory company and someone call Subhash came to do it. As I was tenant I had to be there until he finished to give him the keys and leave the property.
Eventually I found out that this guy called Subhash told to my landlord that I was trying to convince him to lie on his report on my favour in order to avoid any amount deducted from our deposit.
I felt so embarrassed and I didn't understand why he lied and created that conflict.
Is a good agency but it's a shame that this detail totally changed my perception of the agency and they recommend him.
Please try to avoid him if you are a tenant!

Entered my flat (I'm a tenant and they are not my agent, they are the landlords new agent) without permission or even attempting to arrange a viewing. This is both an invasion of my privacy and a threat to my security.
This matter has been reported to the police and needless to say, beware of this agency as they clearly don't follow one of the most basic rules.
