George and his team have once again provided outstanding service from start to finish on the sale of our flat. We purchased the flat originally through Living in London, and our experience in buying meant that they were our first port of call when it came to selling (we also went out to market). George was able to provide professional and friendly advice from the outset, and we secured a quick sale at the price we wanted. Never once pushy or 'salesman' like (and that has been the case on both transactions).

Living in London has been our agency for the past 3 years. Megan and Tracy have been always super helpful with anything we needed, very easy to communicate and even fixing any problem in the house the same day, Their speed in communication was incredible, as soon as we had an issue with the boiler, somoene came to fix it the same day or a couple of days after. I want to also highlight their patience during the last few weeks, they understood our special situation where our home purchase was at risk, and offer flexibility so that we could avoid worrying about our lease. The rent increases were also very reasonable in comparison to what we were seing in the market, which was helpful and progressive as our salaries. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I recomend to all my friends to use them. Thank you Tracy and Megan!

Living in London estate agents were great to work with. I viewed flats with Jacob who was super helpful and flexible, as well as patient with all my questions. Megan helped me throughout the process of putting in an offer to the landlord, up till actually getting the keys and moving into the flat. Megan was extremely knowledgable and responsive on email, and would give detailed answers to my (numerous) questions - this really helped me feel more comfortable about the entire process. Overall, the team made this experience smoother than I expected!

I have used this estate agent for years.to rent out my two properties. They have never let me down. The properties are advertised & I’ve never been without a tenant. The staff go the extra mile to help if I need them to & nothing is too much trouble. Megan is amazing & supportive ( even on her day off ) ! . Elizabeth is great too . I would never use any other estate agent.

In particular, whilst the market was clearly a little ropey at the time, we had a constant stream of visitors, regular communication and in the end settled for a fantastic deal, which was shaped by their expertise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to list their property.

Avoid this agency by all means! I was being scammed by them for nearly 4000 GBP, even Lloyds told me to stay away from this agency! You will never get your money back from them!

Tracy has been a real support, going out of her way during the recent demands when we were remortgaging our flats. We also received great help from Megan. I must say that without help and the incredible support from Tracy and Megan we would have badly struggled. We can not thank them more.

Dont go through them, extremely rude and no communication ethics. If you are an international student don't go with them, they literally don't understand that a full time International student can't have a full time job.
