I was very impressed with Michael Jones' understanding of the special requirements of my property (being a flat above a food premises with a short lease). The team did a good job with the particulars and photographs and immediately arranged viewings. I had accepted an offer in a week. They liaised with my tenant and took care of everything. They were able to help the buyer secure a mortgage, which can be difficult because of the limited number of lenders prepared to lend on flats over commercial properties. The team at Michael Jones were polite and responsive throughout the process and I feel the fee charged is fair given the time and effort they put in. I would certainly recommend them.... Read more
