The first 2 weeks went well. I had a lot if contact from the agent and feedback after each viewing. Then it all went quiet and remained that way for the next couple of months. I had to chase the agent for strategy reviews and follow up actions which was disappointing. I think they overvalued my home, and promised a level of service they couldn't commit too.
