Absolute rip off merchants. Make up charges so they can keep your deposit. Tell you you can still use a broken hob just don’t go near the exposed wire. Doesn’t respond to reports of damp for over year

These guys have managed my rental property for years and provided an excellent service. Always a professional service but with a personal touch. More recently my property sale was handled by them too. Rather protracted due to my buyer but handled in their usual efficient manner.

Moved in 2 weeks ago. Paige has been on it when getting back to me with queries etc. The rest of the team were also really approachable and down to Earth when I went to sort the paperwork. Flat has some small refurbs to be done - but a handyman is already on the case, tiny bit expensive but the rooms are spacious and location is great. Highly recommend.
