I really enjoyed my entire 2-year stay at the flat in Littlehampton. I had no issues with the flat, moving out (to another city), and deposit repayment. In all, I would recommend Alexander Philips wholeheartedly. Thanks for great service! :)

My experience with Alexander Philips - simply put - was impressive! I’ve been renting properties since I was a student (a long LONG time ago) and have always been treated pretty poorly by agents. AP have a very personal approach and are clearly invested in ensuring their tenants are looked after. I recently moved and have now left them (sad face) but even that experience was painless!

Paige Butler was my direct representative and she was nothing but professional. Everything she did was for my best interests - I even had a situation a few years ago in the property where I had a wasp infestation and she couldn’t have been more on top of it. I’m genuinely sad I won’t have any dealings with her anymore - but I totally encourage anyone else who is considering letting with AP to go for it, you’ll be taken great care of!!

Peter did a great job selling my flat. It was a long and challenging process but he persevered and got the job done in the end! Very good customer service and very helpful.
