Avoid. A shocking difference in the information provided at point of viewing compared to when the offer was accepted.
Led on with misinformation and various promises of completion dates for a number of months at expense to ourselves. Unwilling to accept any responsibility for this.
Tried to press us into withdrawing money out of a LISA on another promise that completion would be soon after (despite the fact no concrete evidence of this and we would incur a penalty if not used within 90 days of withdrawal). Good job we didn't as our mortgage expired.
Would thoroughly recommend avoiding the pain we went through using them

Unfortunately did not deal well with Michael Yeo Estate Agents last year, a couple of failed house offers (one pulled from market and another with a terrible survey) - communication just broke down entirely after expressed concerns.

I had a really good experience with Michael Yeo. I had awful solicitors and pushy brokers. Steve and Michael Yeo were the only honest and helpful people that I dealt with during the whole experience. I cannot recommend enough

I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve in buying a property. He got back to me straight away when I initially asked to see the property and I viewed it the next day. He has been amazing throughout the process, going above and beyond to help deal with both sides and even chasing up solicitors. 100% recommend!

Through almost 17 years of service from Michael Yeo Estates I can highly recommend both their professional and prompt service they gave while dealing with the purchase of our current property.
Their staff are upbeat, extremely positive and are on the ball when it comes to chasing all relevant parties.
