Scott and Dean are fantastic at what they do, and are very helpful throughout the whole process of selling. Unfortunately for us our first buyer dropped out and we had made an offer on another property and they were straight on it and got us another buyer in 3 weeks. Great job done and at a great percentage to.

Overall very happy with Laming Hope Residential. Great guys and very knowledgeable, they didn't give it all the gift of the gab and tell me what I wanted to hear and rather told me like it is, straight up. Which was great. I had to chase them up a few times for updates but that may have been because I was anxious having lost the original buyer and having found the perfect home to buy, but they came up trumps and found another buyer within 2 weeks which was great.

From the first encounter with Dean I knew L&H Residential were going to be the agents to sell my house. I also wanted to support the local businesses as well so that was a big draw for me too.
Dean is honest, professional and always available to address our queries. Whilst Dean was my main contact, Scott was just as helpful thru the process, with both helping us with queries on our onward purchase.
There were some hiccups along the way due to buyers pulling out of the chain (caused mini-budget chaos), but both Dean and Scott continued to speak to other buyers on their books to quickly re-establish the chain and ultimately get us sold at the value we wanted.
I would recommend the L&H team for anyone looking to buy/sell their home in Borehamwood or surrounding areas. If I was still in the area I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
I wish them all the best for the future and for those who use their services you won't be disappointed!

They have been managing our rental property for over 7 months and can only say their service has been so profressional and helpful during this time.
