VERY DODGY, STAY AWAY. Offer was accepted and was requested to send ID docs, proof of funds etc. Once provided they decided to go with someone else. Dont bother buying from these agents. Extremely poor service & very dodgy agents! Me and family were highly interested in a property which was very affordable (cash buyers only) and even from the start the agent who I tried to arrange a viewing was trying to unconvinced me going for it! I have never ever dealt with agency like this , as my family having property business and we have the experience dealing with people who works in that fields! Numerous times we’ve tried to call the office and ask for information, but only what we’ve received from both gentlemen who works there was promises that they will call us back! At the end, we’ve just put an offer for this exact property and after we were promised again that they will get back to us-nothing which I wasn’t surprised! I even sent my step dad to ask what’s happening and they gave him all sorts of stories in regards of sorting out some documents till the point that I’ve walked in today to be explained that the property is sold!!! I have asked why at least no one let us know and we were given lies for over a month and the answer was : “sorry”, but after I comforted with other agencies and explained the situation, they speculated that they were waiting for the inside person to take it and pass it to the “someone closer/who was arranged to buy it” !!! That was my original suspicion as you won’t believe how obvious and hard they both tried to avoid every contact and gave us different stories (which as I said , I haven’t seen from any other property agent before) overall very dodgy people, who have the future and dreams of young families in their hands ! I wonder if someone authority can check them out as I won’t be surprised if some kind of a scam might be found!... Read more

Very unprofessional service I got from Stevie. We agreed on a rental fee which must have been confirmed with the landlord. Then started referencing after long jubilee weekend. When it all came back good, he tells me the landlord let it through another agent. It just didn't add up. I just wish these people could be more straightforward.... Read more

I totally don’t recommend this agency for renting apartments! for people who want to rent an apartment, they are ignorant. on Friday I saw the apartment (which in the photos looks different than it really is, a completely different apartment! a different building!). on Friday I called again so my partner could see them, the man working there said, I'll call you back. of course he didn't call. we called again on saturday, no one was picking up the phone. there was a bank holiday on monday no one was working. Tuesday 9 am the apartment was rented. the same situation happened with another apartment from this agency! I really don't recommend using their services, there are many more friendly and helpful agencies out there!... Read more

An amazing agent. Have worked with both Stevie and Eric for the last few years and they are an outstanding team. Stevie goes out of his way to offer the best possible service. They manage and look after our portfolio of properties and I can always sleep well knowing that they always do a fantastic job. They check out tenants properly and never just let to anyone.
